We had a beautiful tent for our cocktail hour of our wedding. The staff were so responsive and very helpful. It was a nice heated tent and people loved it for cocktail hour! 100% recommend to ease the stress of possible rain and wind while utilizing outdoor space of a venue!

This company dealt with our constant changing plans, were incredible friendly, professional, on point, on time, and so reasonable. We are so glad we went with them for our tents, lights, chairs and tables. Our event was no easy task and they stepping up to the plate. Thank you so much!

The team was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning, and day-of process. They answered our many questions at every step. The setup team was efficient and informative. Our wedding was in the middle of a tropical storm and you didn’t even know from the inside of the tent. I recommend having the cafe lights package because it adds to the ambiance but also if the sides do need to come down, it allows for more light. We also added heaters last minute and they were quite ans very effective. Hidden behind the walls nobody was the wiser.

Marlene, Malinda and Louise were all so helpful when I had questions and then added heaters that changed my order. The installation and tear down was quick and efficient. Used their tents for my wedding back in October 2020 (I'm a procrastinator so I'm only just reviewing now), and the process was pretty seamless! I had an outdoor venue and it rained on my wedding day, so it was great to have nice, dry place to say our vows amd to celebrate with our loved one. Our tent fit about 60 guests, plus the "wedding party", a buffet table, and a small dance floor. If I remeber it was also one of the only places I could find at the time that I could actually book, as everyone else was reserved. There were a lot of things I would do differently about my wedding of I had the chance, but Tents for Rent LLC was not one of them! Still happy looking back at the positive impact they had on mine and my husband's special day

Set up was complete in what felt like an hour tops. My husband and I rented tables, chairs, cafe string lights, heaters, and a dance floor. Everything worked out great and the Tents For Rent staff was so flexible and accommodating with me adding last minute things I had forgotten. I 100% would use Tents For Rent again!

Tents For Rent was amazing in assisting with our wedding day rentals! We ordered a 59’ x 98’ sailcloth tent, rectangle tables and gold chiavari chairs. Everything was set up and delivered so easily. Communication was excellent, especially with Louise. She always responded timely and was so nice. They helped make our reception exactly what we wanted!

Our Wedding was on 10/1/2022. The weather was iffy because of Hurricane Ian moving northward. We had some major last minute changes with our Tent location and specifications. The staff was VERY professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. Louise and Marlene were especially kind and helpful. The private venue for the wedding was a wording Farm and owners had very special and specific requirements with the regard to the Tent set up and removal. The crew did a good job with accommodating our needs and communication. They are a full service provider and I would definitely use this organization again in the future. I highly recommend them.

The set up crew checked to be certain that all lights were working. The crews that delivered and picked up were fast and cleaned everything up. I would rent again from Tents for Rent.

We rented a large tent, chairs and dance floor from Tents For Rent for our backyard wedding at the end of May and was very pleased overall with our experience. Not only was the price the most reasonable of all the quotes we got (even though they’re more than an hour away from our house), the service was prompt and very helpful leading up to the event. The delivery/setup process of the high-quality rental items was quick and easy from a professional crew who only took a couple hours for a large job, and teardown was completed without incident while we were on our honeymoon. As we were planning our wedding, tents for rent stood out from their competitors for several reasons. One, they had everything we needed to rent without having to hire additional companies (chairs, tent, and portapotty). They also were willing to deliver and pickup on a Saturday as we only had a permit for our ceremony site for one day. Tents for rent went above and beyond. We originally planned to have our wedding in a venue in Philly but due to Covid restrictions we were unable to. We waited until the last minute to see if the restrictions would lift but they did not so we had to quickly come up with a backup plan. Tents for rent was there to help us with everything along the way. Everything we needed from the tent, bathroom, to a huge 26kW generator. They had it all. They were extremely helpful and their customer service was above and beyond. I worked with Louise for majority of my contract but there were others that helped along the way. I would recommend tents for rent to anyone and will definitely use them in the future!

I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a rental. From the tent, to the tables, linens, dance floor, everything’s was clean and sturdy. Set up and pick up was super quick and efficient, plus the staff was super nice and placed everything exactly where I wanted. They even lauded a huge tarp down under the tent before setting it up so that it wouldn’t get dirty. They were also the most affordable out of all the other rental companies that I called, and I called ALOT. They even draped the lighting into the center of the tent for a romantic feel without charging hundreds of dollars for it like all the other places. Use this company! You won’t regret it!

Tents for Rent were great to work with. We’d planned a big indoor wedding for 9/26/2020 but like most people we were forced to change our plans due to the pandemic. When things were still up in the air I reached out to request a quote for a tent to house my full 200-person wedding and was blown away by the incredibly reasonable price I got. We ended up postponing the large reception entirely, but still needed a tent for a small, 30-person party in our backyard for immediate family and bridal party. I reached out again and they updated the quote without any issues, and again it was very reasonably priced. They always answered me quickly and were so accommodating for everything I asked for (I changed my request a few more times based on our ever-changing plans). When the time came, they arrived with our tent, tables, chairs, and lighting when expected and it was up in no time. After the event, they picked everything up so quickly and it was like nothing ever happened. I couldn’t recommend this company enough for any tent/rental needs. They really helped to make our last-minute, thrown together pandemic mini wedding turn out more perfect than we could ever imagine.

Tents for rent did a phenomenal job at my & my husband’s wedding this past week! The set up was quick & impressive (this was a 40x80 tent with lights, 3 heaters, 2 generators, side walls, restroom trailer, & drop off of a ton of chairs + linens) The guys setting up our tent were very nice & answered all of my detailed questions. The process of communicating with them leading up to our wedding was fantastic as well! I called several times with different questions and to add or remove different things off of our quote & received excellent customer service and very quick email responses with updated quotes. The only hiccup we had was one of the heaters turned on & off a couple of times making it a little colder at one part of the tent, still not sure if that was user error due to a lot being plugged into the generator or if it was the heater itself, but either way it wasn’t a big deal. 5/5 recommend this company for any special event!

We rented a dozen chairs for our small service from Tents for Rent because they were the business with a connection to the venue where we got married. They were serving a larger wedding the following day so it was convenient to use them for ours. We learned later from reading a Google Places review elsewhere that the company does not "condone a lesbian lifestyle". Upon renting our chairs, we were not asked about our "lifestyle" or religious beliefs. Had that come up, we would not have rented from this company. Furthermore, we were left unsatisfied with the actual service. In the days leading up to the ceremony I reached out via email to confirm delivery details but received no response. The hour before the ceremony the chair were not where we had previously been told chairs would be delivered to. So the first time I saw my wife in her wedding dress, I was on the phone with the company being told that the delivery was late and had not arrived yet. They would later call back, just before the scheduled start if the ceremony, to say that the delivery had actually happened but were elsewhere on the property. If I had been told that originally, that would have been manageable, but that they didn't know the delivery had happened is incredibly frustrating. The venue got our chairs to the location of the ceremony and informed us they would return them to the delivery point for the other ceremony. This did not happen as I, not the venue, recieved 8 phone calls from Tents for Rent looking for the dozen chairs used for our ceremony and I had to be the one to tell them to talk to the venue. It was a dozen chairs for a small ceremony at a venue they've worked with before and it ended up being a hassle. Some of this could be blamed on the venue, but the service was still very poor. In short, if you are looking for over a dozen chairs, I would think twice.

Tents For Rent was very responsive to all of my questions and changes through the months before my wedding. They sent me videos of what to expect on the day of delivery, and arrived right on time for their delivery! They were very professional in every interaction. Elvin is the best at what he does. From the time of his site visit last fall I knew that we could place our full trust in his expertise. He had also just set up for his daughter’s tented reception, so he had great recommendations. The tent was set up a day early due to their busy schedule, which gave us more time to develop our plan. His team is amazing. We had extremely strong winds the morning of the wedding, but the tent held fast. It was a gorgeous and functional space! The clear sides of the tent were in perfect shape, the lighting packages added so much to the ambiance, and the dance floor was just the right size! Delivery, set up, tear down and pick up fee is very low, but high quality service. Don’t look anywhere else!

If she didn't know the answer, she made sure to put me in touch with someone who did. The team that arrived on the day of delivery was top notch. Kent Martin seemed like the group supervisor and he was extremely polite, communicative, and just generally very helpful. I really don't have anything bad to say. I highly recommend this company! TFR provided the tents and many other items for my daughter's outdoor wedding. We made many changes along the way and they were so easy to work with and very prompt with their responses. They were flexible when it came to scheduling our set up and tear down days and were there when they said they would be. They rentals are very high quality and their crews are very efficient. Wow, what a great company. I had a dream and they made it happen. They were the first tent company that didn't laugh when I asked about a winter tent wedding. They helped me with diagram of set up. The tent, flooring, and heaters were set up two days before wedding. We had plenty of time to do what we needed, and we used the heaters for two days before wedding. Plenty of propane! They came and cleaned up while we were on our mini moon. I am extremely particular with customer service. They are 5 star!

This company was very easy to work with and they delivered in every way. Placement of one of the tents was right in the middle of three septic tanks and all the underground piping. They took great care to make sure they avoiding hitting any of the septic system. Delivery and Pick Up was right on time. No damage to my grounds. It is without hesitation that I would recommend this company.

We rented from here for our September wedding and the customer service was excellent. We submitted several quotes, changed and added things, and there was always someone calling to make sure everything was how we needed it. We had an issue with some of the sidewalls being dirty, and they had someone come out the same day and change them out. The delivery team was very polite and helpful as well!
