d got a VERY prompt response, the subsequent email was also quickly responded to...but with a response that she (name withheld...not trying to get anyone fired or reprimanded) was out of the office and would get back to me the following day. A few weeks later, after no response, I emailed a little reminder. An invoice was sent, but not for what I had asked for. I requested it be amended (adding a unit...more money to them!). Never received a response. A few weeks later, I sent an email asking for the previously requested amended invoice. I promptly got a response that told me to sign the invoice and we could then arrange payment...no new invoice. I then responded that I had requested changes and never heard back from her. Hubby came to the rescue and called them. He was initially quoted a much higher price than I had been quoted. He called back, finally got everything arranged and paid for...it only took a few months! He dealt with the same woman, who never did apologize for the delays... Granted, this could have gone quicker with more effort on my part but I work full-time and am a full-time graduate student, so I wasn't constantly pestering them for a response... I am also a paying customer who shouldn't have to.
