We held our wedding at The Barn at Blystone Farm and it turned out amazing. First, you can hardly beat how beautiful the place is; especially as the sun is setting, which you won't appreciate if you take a tour during the day. The outdoor patio... with Edison light-bulb strands and bonfire was a big hit. Second, the event coordinator, Tyler, will come through for you. We planned our wedding out-of-town which makes everything a bit more of a pain. We couldn't just drop in and look at the space to make design decisions. We depended on Tyler to answer our questions (which he always did) and provide us with his opinions based on his knowledge of how weddings work in their event space. Tyler even went above and beyond on the day of our wedding when a few last minute details were getting overlooked and he took control. Third, we used their catering services and we loved the food. The down side when you're the bride and groom is you miss out on the appetizers, but our guests had great feedback on the food too. We also opted to have our rehearsal dinner at the onsite restaurant and the price was right, the beer was cold, and the atmosphere was great. Finally, one last bonus for you to consider, because they have a restaurant on the property, you get a great way to visit your wedding venue down the road if you want an anniversary tradition!
