Horrible. These people were so unorganized and very slow responding to emails if they responded at all. My flowers were wilted when we picked them up like they had been sitting out all day. I should have left them there but I didn’t think I’d h...ave time to get anything else before the wedding. The bouquets were also full of white alstroemerias which I did not ask for and didn’t look good to me. I asked for blush lilies and roses only. My bouquet was completely wrong and had to be held so awkwardly. Not what I asked for at all. I didn’t even use it, my friend made me something else out of our leftover centerpiece flowers. When I approached the owner about this, she was so rude. She accused us of leaving the flowers in a hot car. She wouldn’t acknowledge the fact that she used the wrong flowers. She kept showing me the paper where I wrote what I wanted like I had done something wrong. I never wrote alstroemerias for our bouquets so I don’t know why she was showing me that. She said she would compensate me for my bouquet but it’s been 2 weeks and I’ve heard nothing from her.
