The management of this venue offers The Brill House and the two Barns to you to hold your important event or celebration. This expansive pastoral setting offers you and your guest a backdrop for a truly remarkable event. John J. Brill Jr. inherited the farmland property that would become The Brill in 18600 and with his wife constructed the Mansion in 1870. This property continued to operate as a dairy farm under the ownership of the Denton family in 1886 and the Waller family in 1900. In 1946, the Waller family purchased this property and created the Pepper Turkey farm, which operated until 1973. The Mansion features 4,000 square feet of space, sitting on 33 acres, and is a few minutes drive from downtown Saratoga. The House can host up to eight guests in four bedrooms on an overnight stay. 3.5 bathrooms, a full country kitchen and laundry room, the main parlor, a living room with a double-sided fireplace, and two additional sitting rooms provide additional convenience. The Bourdeaux Barn features original hand-hewn wooden rafters, an elegant chandelier, and other rustic elements. The Bourbon Room was once an enormous turkey freezer, renovated into a unique event space with the original doors and wood rafters. These are complemented by vintage furniture, lamps, and bar area. The Brill is available for covered outdoor as well as indoor events for up to 65 guests. This property features a get-ready room and wireless internet to make your preparations more seamless.
