The Company Band (TCB) is a high-intensity, versatile keep the party going party band serving markets in Wilmington, NC, Asheville, NC, Savannah, GA, Atlanta, GA, Charleston, SC, Knoxville, TN, Charleston, WV and Charlotte. The Company Band provides a high caliber of ultra talented musicians who come from a wide range of backgrounds including cruise ship performers, music producers and musicians who actively tour for major recording artists. TCB has been restructuring business to better serve our clients and employees effected by COVID19. Flexible booking options and a revised health protocol has been incorporated to keep our guests and musicians safe. Our mission to implement a health guideline has helped us to continue serving the best musical experience safely. We pride ourselves on consistency, professionalism and involvement by making sure that every performance is filled with energy, fun and LIVE MUSIC. Our song list consists of over 1000 songs and covers of popular genres between 1920s to the present. The Company Band has performed for couples throughout the Eastcoast and beyond with a standard 12 piece band that comes with stage lighting, the best sound production and the time of your life! Amazing entertainment is what we do best, but the party doesn't stop there. We use our full range of talents that extend beyond the dance floor for the perfect experience. Whether it's rounding up a rowdy wedding party for introductions or performing your special requests, we do not disappoint. Honoring your personal touches is essential to our success. The love we have for what we do easily transfers to our clients, who make it possible. The Company Bands takes the full on approach of making every event an everlasting experience by getting the audience up and on the dance floor from beginning to end. Our goal is to take our audiences to the highest level with every performance. We specialize in providing bands and different musical configurations for an array of events such as weddings, festivals, social events, corporate events and private parties. We put our own spin on the music industry by giving an eclectic combination of high-energy and crowd engaging medleys created by our very own musicians and vocalists. They played new and old music, they MASTERED our wedding song - You Are The Best Thing by Ray LaMontagne, and they made the entire party.
They played during the dinner some light music, and then jammed out the rest of the evening. What a blast - and very cost effective! Worth every penny.

They are local to the Charlotte area and we went to hear them practice (because my husband is the type that he needed to hear them live before making a decision) - and they belted out a few notes of their first song in practice and he leaned over and said "yeah, they are awesome!" - so, we booked them on the spot! ur ceremony earlier. Even with their dinner break, I think we came super close to getting our money's worth. Everything wedding related is expensive and I think the band was our biggest expense. We didn't ask them to learn any songs and most of our ceremony and first dance songs were played via recording. Hence me giving 4 stars instead of 5!

The Company Band Live; in my opinion, was a big disappointment for our wedding this past weekend. Per my personal conversation with Hanock the week of my wedding the band was suppose to arrive for 2pm to begin setting up for our 5:30 PM wedding...
. When I arrived at my venue at 4:45PM I was notified by my planner that the band had not arrived and was not answering their phones. A few minutes later they pulled up and were rude, visibly disgruntled, never gave an explanation to why they were late or responded to my question about it.
A few key notes in my opinion about my personal experiences with THE COMPANY BAND LIVE-
-Hanock Hickman was the only professional one out of the group that arrived
-They DID not play LIVE anything close to the contracted hours even after "playing 30 mins" later then we originally agreed
- They did not play through cocktail hour because they were still setting up
- Multiple people from the band thought it was appropriate to get liquor drinks from the bar
-The band members were RUDE, did not make an effort to make it a once in a lifetime night for us
- The band spent a lot of time on their cell phones to be unable to contact us to let us know they would be 3 hours late
-Overall band professionalism was lacking
BUYER BEWARE- We were fooled by the seemingly professional responses and website, they were anything but that.

I have been to dozens of weddings over the years and one thing that separates each one is the entertainment. TCB blew the roof off the reception. There was not a single moment that passed by that one of the guests was not ripping up some part...
of the dance floor.
Further, it was my wedding, so I was even more critical in terms of communication beforehand, punctuality, and obviously their level of entertainment. We ciphered through several bands but one thing we wanted more than anything was a p-a-r-t-y of a reception. They went above and beyond through our planning process to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. They never let us stress about a thing and offered to learn a few extra songs to make our night even more special - they played our first dance song better than Ron Pope did. All I wanted to do was talk to my guests about life, love, and liberty, but all they wanted to do was talk about how incredible the band was. If you are looking for a band to knock the socks off a party, then you better book these guys immediately.

ld be relatively easy but we really wanted to slam it home with the band.
Living in Atlanta there are several local bands who could have performed at our wedding but we wanted the best. Both having attended college in Charlotte we had the pleasure of hearing The Company band play out several times.
Using an out of town vendor for a wedding can be scary but not in this case. All of the calls and details were handled immediately. Everything flowed smoothly and I believe the band was loaded in and set up before the cake was. lol
The energy was through the roof from the moment the bridal party was announced until the last dance. These guys (and gal) seemed to have an endless catalog of music and made this day one that we will never forget!

We hired The Company Band for our Wedding last month (September 21st, 2013). Hanoch was very easy going, friendly, and very accommodating. We only needed a band for about 3 hours because we were having a friend DJ towards the end of the night...
, but Hanoch set up earlier to do the MC'ing for introductions before the band went on. Let me say when they did go on, we were all blown away. Their vocals were on point and their energy was high. My father in law and great aunt couldn't even wait until after dinner to hit the dance floor. I would recommend this band to anyone looking for a great live band. If I am ever in need of a band again, I would hire in a heart beat. I heard nothing but good things from all of my guests. Everyone enjoyed them as well.

learned a special request in 3 wks...and nailed it! We have had many people ask where we found them and how much they enjoyed listening and dancing to them all night long.
I know as the Mother of the Bride, I danced all night long as most everyone else at the wedding.
I can't say enough nice things about them. I even had a someone tell me other day that lives next to the country club where the wedding was held, thanks for the music last Sat night, they sat outside on their porch and listed to the music all night long. The band played outside and all the nearby neighbors said raved at how great they sounded.
They set the tone for a fun time had by all!

I had never seen dance before danced to The Company Band's music. Of 250 guests, we had still had the majority in attendance at the end of the night because they didn't want to get off the dance floor. They are a truly fun and entertaining group and we would have paid more for their very reasonable priced services.
