ue to covid. Especially myself, being at high risk with my health conditions. So I can not be around people or family , due to covid-19. I asked for my money back because there will not! be a wedding any more. They simply could care less and will not give my money back. I am not working due to covid-19. So I need my money back, there will be no wedding, due to covid-19. They do not care!. I spoke to Willie a manager there, who is also a cornidator. He is a rude person. He gave such a nasty attitude!! on the phone. simply leaving me to defend my self, I will not allow to be spoken to like that. The conversation was about my money not being refunded!! he did not care. So again I say. They do not care, what happens to you as long as they have the money!! so beware! do not move forward with such a place. Not being able to have a proper wedding of your dreams, due to Covid-19!!! this venue only cares about money! which I understand its a business but this is a world pandemic!! some people can not be togethter like me and my family, or they have lost many members. That they can not have at the wedding of their dreams with everyone around. Beware!! do not move forward. They even charged me 500.00 to move my wedding last year from November 2020 to September 2021. They told me, we charge you because it is are policy and things will be back to normal by then, but yet, they are not better or normal. Instead of just working with me, they made me pay extra money and raised the prices. I paid the money I really did not have to spend, to put down to change my date.I asked several of times to work me, but they did not care, they simply kept charging me. It is a shame ! how could people do that to someone. Especially during this time. Do not recommend. I can not, get a dress or food or cake all this puts me at risk due to covid-19.

the process super easy. Everyone we came in contact with was always pleasant & polite. There was never any guessing of what needed to take place next, etc.- we were always well aware of what needed to be completed. Our wedding day was absolutely AMAZING! Every detail was executed perfectly! Our guests have consistently said the same thing about our wedding ceremony / reception = classy, beautiful, & elegant! Many thanks to the entire Crystal Ballroom Veranda staff for your professionalism & most importantly making our day extremely special Cory & Chris

y gorgeous. All of the other office staff answered all of my questions thoroughly and enthusiasically each time I called. Cat was my day of event coordinator, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to handle my big day! She was on top of every detail, and helped calm my nerves. She gave everyone great instructions, and reassured one of my flower girls (who is 3) as she was starting to get camera shy. The rest of the event staff was also wonderful, helping my parents load up the remaining beverage items into the car after the event as they are both unable to lift anything heavy. A beautiful venue in a great centralized location with an awesome staff - I couldn't recommend it enough. My special day truly was special and I thank everyone there for contributing to the success!

you can't get what you want 3 months before your wedding after you've already paid a large sum. The way the situation was handled was poor and for their sake I hope they change their policies on contacting brides/grooms before design consultations. I was not told my design couldn't be done until I arrived at the meeting and there were additional fees associated with having another meeting. If you like this particular location and are interested in a specific look they have online show them the picture and confirm they can do it BEFORE booking. All in all everything was beautiful once I settled for what they could do. A highlight of the venue was their Day Of Coordinator Silvana. She was extremely organized and made sure everything ran smoothly. I was able to be hands off day of because she made sure every little detail was in place. She truly makes the venue worth it.
