DO NOT USE!!! I could not get a hold of them a week before my wedding and had to book another vendor because I was not sure if they would show up. I was called 2 weeks prior to my wedding from a private number and spoke to a Joe who told me to send a list of family pictures I wanted him to take. When I sent an email to the email address I previously used and that was listed on the website, it bounced back and said it was undeliverable. Thinking I just misspelled the email address, I went to their website to find out that it was no longer available. Also- when I called the number I was using to get a hold of them, it was no longer in service. Like any bride, I started to freak out and tried any way to get a hold of this company. I went to the address that was listed on the contract only to find out it wasn't a company office it was only where they picked up their mail. I started to do some research on this company and found out they have been sued multiple times and change their name to avoid bad reviews. They used to go by 21 moments and many other names and have complaints on BBB. When I finally got a hold of "Joe", who called from a private number, he called me crazy and bi-polar which probably would make me upset if I didn't already read a review where a bride said he said the same things to her. If you look at all the reviews, most of them are good because I have learned if you post a bad review you will get a letter in the mail saying he will sue you because he is a lawyer. Also- most of the reviews are taken from other sources. Absolutely, 100% DISSATISFIED. I would never ever write a negative review for a business unless I truly felt I needed to do so; 21 moments was SO terrible, I feel they warrant my negative review. 21 moments was absolutely HORRIBLE in every way possible for my wedding. We got married at seven springs resort and wanted to hide the ceiling ducts. We just wanted to use 21 moments for just the ceiling draping. We made this PERFECTLY clear to Joe, the consultant/lawyer/business owner, and what we got was not even close. He showed us pictures from Pinterest (I thought I had it pinned before, and now looking back, I did) and claimed it as his work. He swore he knew exactly what we wanted and ensured us it would be perfect. He tried to sell us other options of draping, but I was set on the one picture, since this is what he showed us. He boasted about knowing the venue and knowing exactly what we meant. We both talked about how it would be "tent-like" and cover the ceiling. It came wedding time and I was floored by how pathetic the draping was for how much we paid and what we were promised. We paid thousands of dollars for a few strips of shear cloth on the ceiling. I would never have spent that much for something if I knew it wouldn't cover the ceiling!! That's the only reason we even wanted draping. They setup on Thursday and we saw the room Friday. We called 21 moments so many times Friday to plead with them to fix it before the wedding and we couldn't even get a returned call until the wedding day. We even had our wedding planner text him because we were that disgusted with how it looked!! Saturday their receptionist, or some random lady, called us back to state that she couldn't help us. 21 moments claims to only book one wedding a weekend so that they can dedicate their time and attention to you; that is obviously a lie because they were in Ohio on our wedding day. This matter ended in court since there was nothing but neglect and disrespect after we had paid for this service. We were accused of " just wanting our money back" after the fact, even though we tried to have it fixed. We saved forever to afford the "perfect" wedding, and couldn't even get respect at a minimum from them, let alone what we paid for. Please beware-- months later and I still feel as though we were scammed and taken advantage of regarding their services. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone, ever, for any service they offer. If you want a perfect, stress-free wedding, I HIGHLY recommend avoiding 21 moments at all costs.

I never write reviews. But 21 Moments did such a great job on our wedding day it's hard not to rave about their work. They exceeded all our expectations. They were extremely easy going and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera all day. Even our wedding party and guests commented on how great our photographer was - BEFORE they saw the photos! We received our photos last week and as expected, they're amazing! These are photos we'll cherish forever and we're so glad to have hired them as our photographer. Thank you 21 Moments!

The 21 Moments team is incomparable in the realm of photography. They don't just provide what I believe is the best photography I have ever seen, but they become friends and give you the feeling of being a part of your extended family. They will cater to your every need. The time we spent with them taking our pictures leading up to the wedding as well as on our special day, was some of the most fun parts of our memories! Our Bridal party and family agree! Our candid pictures from our engagement shoot as well as our wedding are unlike anything I have ever seen or could even dream up, they truly capture every moment of your most special day. This is the best money we spent on our wedding! Photographers to the stars have nothing on 21 Moments!
