I scheduled three salons in the area after having had another appointment closer to home and not finding the right dress, with DRS as my first appointment of the day. After I told Audry what I was looking for, she pulled so many beautiful dresses, reading what I liked and what I didn't, all within my price point. She was so wonderful to work with, and after trying on dresses at the other boutiques and being hung on the dress that I ended up getting I called back and they got me back in the same day where sweet Kandace helped me say yes to my wedding gown! She provided recommendations for alterations, and was just as helpful as Audry. I cannot recommend this team enough for a positive, intimate experience. They made dress shopping feel so much less daunting!

While we were impressed with the service when my daughter tried on dresses, we did not appreciate the quality of the dress or the way the store handled the issue afterwards. Her dress was shipped to her and she did not open it until she took it to be altered. At that time, the seamstress saw a big pick on the dress. When I contacted the store, they did not take any kind of responsibility. We have been so impressed with many small businesses but will not recommend this store to anyone.

nd amazing quality designer gowns. We have shipped dresses to many brides and have never had any issues. Please see all of our reviews here and on Google to show a true representation of our character and service.
It's unfortunate the bride's mom contacted us 10 weeks after the gown was shipped. The dress was inspected prior to shipping and shipped in plastic wrap. Our store is not responsible for the dress condition 10 weeks after it has left our store. This review left out that there was also a stain next to the snag, indicating the dress has not remained within the dress bag.
Small businesses would cease to exist with allowing the return policy expected from this review.

Absolutely love this place! It’s clean, organized, has a HUGE inventory with a great price range. Everyone was so friendly and the complimentary champagne was a super sweet touch. Found my dress here and will recommend everyone try here FIRST to find theirs! It’s a great experience.

Audrey was amazing!! She was so kind, nailed the gowns my bride was looking for, and just went above and beyond to give us the best experience. I wish I could get married again to buy my dress here❤️

My mom and grandma were in town from out of state to check out some wedding venues and nothing was fitting my vision so we were all feeling a little burned out. My mom suggested looking at some dresses instead and I saw that The Dressing Room South was right around the corner, but was by appointment only. I was reluctant to walk in but my mom and grandma insisted and I am so glad that they did! Audry was extremely kind and accommodating, she found a time for us to come back in that day and gave us the full experience even though it ended up being past closing. Throughout the evening, never once did I feel rushed. She completely turned our whole day around and I even found my dress! I wasn't sure that I was going to be able to have that moment with both my mom and my grandma present, but it was so special that I was able to get it at The Dressing Room South! I highly recommend Audry and this boutique to any bride!

Audrey was amazing!! She listened to my dreams and ideas. Pulled amazing dresses for me. Let my family and me also sort through the dresses and pull which is so fun and not every bridal salon will let you do that! Also love the completely private appointment! Audrey was so sweet! So encouraging and never made me feel like I had to pick my dress there. She told me that I will find my dress and either her store will carry it or they won't. So she was all for helping me along the journey versus making it feel like a sales pitch! So loved my time at The Dressing Room South even though I didn't end up with a dress from here. I really wanted to but just didn't find my dress. Do yourself a favor and shop here!

There aren't enough words to explain how amazing the experience at TDRS was! Audry was so accommodating and the perfect bridal attendant who gave me the best advice while giving me the space to make my own decision without feeling pressured. My family loved her as well!
