Timeline Management: We are responsible for creating and managing a detailed timeline that outlines every aspect of the wedding day. This includes the schedule for the ceremony, reception, and all other events, ensuring that everything runs on time.
Vendor Coordination: We liaise with all the vendors involved, such as florists, photographers, caterers, and musicians. We will confirm their arrival times, oversee their setups, and address any issues that may arise.
Venue Setup: We will oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception spaces, ensuring that all decorations, seating arrangements, and details align with the couple's vision.
Problem Solving: Unexpected challenges can arise on the wedding day, from weather concerns to last-minute changes. As the Day of Coordinator, we are the go-to person for troubleshooting and finding creative solutions to keep the day on track.
