We had a breakfast buffet wedding with your typical foods - eggs, bacon, fruit, french toast, etc. It was all wonderful. But the star of the show was the chicken and waffle appetizer. Soooooo delicious! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Our entree was grilled mahi mahi (incredibly fresh!) with mango salsa, carving station of steak with chimichurri sauce, grilled veggies, a mashed potato bar, and spinach salad with champagne vinaigrette. The quality of the food was outstanding, cooked to perfection, and well seasoned. The staff was lovely, professional and very accommodating to all of our guests. Working with Gary throughout the planning process was a pleasure. He tailored the menu to fit our preferences and budget. We found that the price was very reasonable and the quality was truly impressive! We had an outdoor, tented venue that posed some potential challenges in terms of cooking, however the ARC team handled every challenge competently and professionally. Everything was perfect and truly exceeded every expectation! We cannot thank Gary and ARC enough for all the hard work they put in to help us create the wedding of our dreams. We will be highly recommending ARC to all of our contacts who are looking for a caterer.
