The Historic Eastland is a wedding venue located in Nashville, TN. The historic site is just off of Gallatin Road, giving couples and guests celebrating easy access to the city’s vibrant culture and amenities. Prior to the day’s highlights, you and your partner can relax and prepare in separate, spacious get-ready rooms. ly had to switch our wedding date to November 2022 for personal reasons and Jill the coordinator at the time was very accommodating to our needs and had no issues switching. The new coordinator Angelica was wonderful to work with! This venue was very communicative during the entire process we were there and very helpful! I felt bad asking for multiple venue tours but it was never a problem! The sanctuary is absolutely gorgeous especially during golden hour. So old and historic and beautiful. The reception space while recently finished earlier that year was gorgeous! This venue was very very affordable at the time we booked for such a great location. It's open vendor too so you can use whoever you want and make the wedding completely your own or if your on a tighter budget it's way easier to save money if your wanting to DIY! We were very happy with our contract and our time working with the team from Historic Eastland. Thank you!

ming that we broke a front door, which my mother and I had noted was broken when we toured with Heather many months prior to the wedding. I called about this a couple times and was told I would be contacted but never heard back. We talked to Jill about this issue, and from reading other reviews, it looks like others have had trouble staying in contact with her, but looks like she may not work there anymore.
-We were told kitchen was fully functioning. We brought rolls to bake there for the reception only to find the oven was broken, so had to go out before the reception to buy more. Not a huge deal, but money lost on our part which hurts a little more considering we didn’t get the deposit back for something we didn’t do.
The area itself around the church isn’t the safest, but they did a very good job making sure doors were always closed and locked and the building was secure.
All areas of this venue are both beautiful and accessible with an incredible staff! With so many different areas to rent out, you can’t go wrong!!

erves tremendously. The space is beautiful and the bridal suite and groom suite is better than we could have imagined. They have an open vendor policy which means we can book our vendors with the style that we want. Also the rate is a very affordable for the location and size. So happy with our decision!!!

BEST DAY EVER!! We are so happy we chose this venue and had the best time. All of our guests loved it as well and haven't stopped talking about it. The management team was very responsive and helped us every step of the way. Highly recommend!

ur wedding. She destroyed every vision that we had. She did not allow us to use most of our agreed upon decorations. She cut our reception short. She was rude and disgusting to the guests and all of the vendors. I complained about her to the management of 313 and I have been offered a plant, a massage, and a return of a $200.00 deposit which was not even a part of our contract. They turned the issues that we were having into our fault, by saying that we in breach of the contract. Which were all made up excused for her intervention. If 313 is running your event, please go someone where else. In my opinion, they have some beliefs that may not be appealing to offering weddings. They do not approve of LGBTQ marriages. And based on how they treated us and some other couples they do not like couples that are biracial.
We have tried to resolve this incident several times by asking for a face to face meeting with someone to get to the bottom of why she treated us this way. We were married on April 30, 2022, this review is being left on June 3, 2022 and there has not been an end offered to this matter. We have been told that Jill is no longer with the company, but that does not help us any. We spent a lot of money on our wedding and for it to be such a huge let down because of a staff member and not be offered more than what we have been offered is a bit ridiculous.
Please do not use this company to host your wedding. You will regret it if you do.
