It was both upside down (not the hugest deal) but it was actually BACKWARDS. I sat down at our sweetheart table and my jaw dropped. It was so embarrassing to have it lit at the wedding that I asked to turn it off. After speaking to the rep at The Lux after the wedding, she said it had never happened before and she was very apologetic and waived the rest of our contract price. I would have been happier to pay the full price to have the GOBO done correctly as that was one aspect of the reception I was most excited about. 2 stars for uplighting because the pink was beautiful and it was very straightforward and simple to put up. Such a shame

The lighting situation for our outdoor dance floor seemed more complicated than I thought so I'm glad we hired professionals for that. When I rehearsed, the speakers I used with my vocal teacher sounded better though...I'll have to listen to the video that was taken of me singing to make the final judgement. I also was stupid and didn't tip the technician the night of and when I tried calling and leaving a message with the main sales lady, I never got a call back.

ere was a couple getting married at the same venue a couple days before and they used Lux as well. We kept up there lighting and added in a few more things and we split the cost with the other couple. Lux just came out the day of my wedding to make sure it was all still in working order. Overall would definitely recommend The Lux Productions for lighting at your wedding!
