The Maples in Woodland, California, is eager to share this distinctive event venue with brides and grooms. With three different event sites located on the property, you are sure to find something that fits your wedding style. This venue can accommodate between 50 and 300 guests.
The Maple Stable. What was once a horse-show barn is now a rustic country event space, perfect for housing both a ceremony and a reception. Surrounded by simple decor and amenities, you and your guests will enjoy the country ambience that flows freely through this space.
The Courtyard. With a hedge perimeter and Ginkgo trees for shade, your event in the Courtyard will be unforgettable. The lush landscaping and comfortable features of this space will ensure that your guests linger to celebrate.
The Homestead. Spread out to enjoy the surroundings of the Maples. A sprawling lawn is lined with shade trees, making it suitable for both ceremonies and receptions. You’ll also find an outdoor fire place and spots for horseshoes and bocce ball.
What You Should Know
At The Maples, only one event takes place at a time. This ensures that you have complete privacy as you celebrate, as well as the undivided attention of the events team. An events coordinator and a security professional will be on-site during your entire event.
The venue requires that every couple hire a licensed event planner to provide all planning and day-of services for the wedding. You can peruse a list of recommended planners, if you wish.
You have the flexibility to hire independent vendors for catering, beverage service, entertainment and more. Your vendors will be able to access the venue two hours prior to the booking time. All music must cease at 10 p.m.
The Maples provides large round banquet tables and folding chairs for your ceremony and reception. The team will set up and tear down the furnishings. If your event has a guest list of 150 or more, the venue will provide complimentary valet service.

Classic Country Estate Venue
A classic 1930’s ranch house fully renovated, lush green landscape with hundred year old trees, a rustic arena & barn, and working outdoor fireplaces fill our 55 acre property. Our property has three distinct venue areas to accommodate any style of your event for up to 300 guests. For all weddings, we include a spacious Bridal Suite, Groom’s Den complete with a Pool Table and bar, Commercial Kitchen, and House for your guests to enjoy throughout your event.

I could not be more pleased about choosing this venue for the happiest day of my life. As soon as I set foot on this property, I knew this was my venue.This place is beautiful, has great staff, and has amazing accommodations. I had the pleasure of working with Linda for our tour and Brianna organizing everything taking place at the venue. Both were extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. To name a few things, this venue has a bridal suite, grooms den, cottages to stay at, a barn, a giant grassy area for guests, and a beautiful giant tree--perfect for a ceremony backdrop. You will not be disappointed by choosing the Maples!
We LOVE The Maples. What a blessing this venue was for us!! The Maples came to us as a recommended venue from Aubrey from Alluring Events + Design, and boy are we thankful for that find!! This venue is EVERYTHING we wanted at an affordable price! It is unlike anything we had seen. Since we were their first official wedding, we spent our planning time watching the place transform into the beautiful site it is today! We feel like we had a part in the history of this new venue, and we are so thankful for that. Michelle helped us through the planning process, and worked with our wedding planner, Brittany Hitch of Alluring Events + Design, in making our day look and run effortlessly. Linda was our on-site event coordinator and we absolutely LOVED her! She worked alongside our day-of coordinator, Sarah of Alluring Events + Design, and their partnership was effortless! They worked together and made sure the rehearsal and day-of went so smoothly. Request Linda if possible! Everything from the bridal suite to the reception location was stunning. One of the things we love about this venue is that there are so many different locations for ceremony and reception to choose from! It gave us the freedom to make our event unique and personal to the space. We can't wait for one of our friends to book the Maples so we can experience the venue as a guest ;) but trust us, the venue as a bride and groom was impeccable. So proud to call the Maples our wedding venue!
