Millstone had so many choices that we finally decided on baked chicken. If I did it again , I would go for something more exciting ( chicken cordon bleu) or get two entrees. Nothing but compliments on the food. We had a buffet with family st...yle serving at the head table. Everything went very smoothly. Clean up was quick and they left any leftover food with us. Dave and Geoff are probably your best bet for caterers in the area and if you are using the Legion, you will not get charged an extra plate/cleanup job. They have been doing this for years and it shows.
