and kind. They served the reception dinner really fast and all of my 120 guests had their food within 15- 20 minutes or so. The food was delicious as was the tasting we did beforehand! Their bartender was very friendly and entertained my guests with their service. I worked with their wedding coordinator the whole time and she was with me every step of the way. The NC Catering company was the best vendor we worked with throughout our entire wedding planning process. I would highly recommend!

on time, and done very professional. When we were stuck on something, she always offered different ways to make it happen so we didn't have to give up on our vision. The reason we put 3 stars. The chicken and pasta were great, however the steak was very dry to the point I didn't eat it. In addition, they served all the guest first before the bride and groom, which put us behind on the timeline of being able to talk to our guest. I had asked for water, and never received it, until my photographer ended up getting me some. We were told the cake would be served on a platter and allow the guest to choose which flavor they wanted, but instead it was just passed down, and guest didn't get to chose. In addition, there were little things we had to ask about that we feel should have been brought to our attention, for instance, the steak knives were an extra cost and not included with the steak. Also, the bartenders were a little slow, but they served strong good drinks (so not to much to complain about). Overall, we were very happy working with Courtney, she made us feel worried free, but the execution could have been a little better.
