Our 3,600 sqft tiki can handle weddings up to 250 guests with a true private setting for the discerning couple. Located in idyllic Islamorada, Florida, The Oasis welcomes couples to celebrate their wedding day in its boutique venue. True to its name, The Oasis provides couples and their guests with a slice of elegant tranquility in Upper Matecumbe Key. With Alligator Reef Lighthouse on the horizon, the venue is a private estate boasting over 2.75 acres of luscious land with a sandy beachfront and ample room for everyone. The space transforms from ceremony to reception as the sun sets, with over 100 palms, 80 of them lighted and glowing as you dance the night away. Services Offered Couples can paint their own canvas with our BYOV (Bring Your Own Vendor) atmosphere to customize their day. Rather than a choice of only A or B, you can choose from A to Z so your guests rave about the unique wedding they went to that was unlike any other. Nothing cookie-cutter here as our boutique venue allows for just about any request, Couples can celebrate every part of their wedding and the run-up at The Oasis, with the option to host their engagement party, wedding showers, and rehearsal dinner at the venue. Capacity and Facilities In the newly constructed 3,600 sq ft Tiki, couples can welcome up to 250 guests. Two Keys-style and modernly updated onsite villas with a private pool can sleep eight guests for nights around the wedding. The couple can also use these spaces as their get-ready-suites, with all of the amenities they could need to prepare for the celebrations. There is also an adjacent hotel (and several down the road with the Freebee shuttle on Upper Mat). The covered and uncovered outdoor areas are equipped with a mosquito control system to ensure the ceremony and reception are pleasant for all. Enterprise-grade wifi will handle all your quests surfing needs as they post the happenings of the day. Ample parking at The Oasis even has a Tesla charging station for guests who arrive in their electric vehicle. The pet-friendly venue is open for everyone to get the most out of the big day. This is a non-smoking venue for those sensitive to smoke.

Mark and Doli, the hosts did an amazing job at making sure everything was perfect for our wedding and stay and we loved Doli's paintings, they added a chic feel to the property. They offer a lot at The Oasis, from kayaks, beach games, personal cooler, and bikes; you really get the whole package. You can tell they care for the home and your experience during your stay which is hard to find in rentals. We truly loved our stay, the property, and the customer service at The Oasis.

was perfect, the accommodations were great, and the ocean view, beach and pool were just spectacular. We had tens of guests telling us this was the best wedding that they had ever attended, largely because of this incredible venue. Mark, our host, went above and beyond to ensure every last detail was absolutely perfect. We are already brainstorming with our group of friends when we can return to the house for a reunion trip. From the beautiful landscaping to the infinity pool and the rest of the amenities, the Oasis offers everything you need and more, and it’s dog friendly, we were able to make our 2 pups part of our special day! Mark is with you every step of the way from the time we viewed the property to the day we checked out. After a beautiful brunch for our guests the day after our wedding, Kaitlin and I had a beautiful mini-moon at the Oasis where we relaxed, utilized the paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, and took in the views for a few days. The property is situated in the heart of Islamorada, we used the bikes a lot to visit the awesome local restaurants and shops. Thanks to Mark and Doli for hosting us and we highly recommend for anyone looking to have a private, beach wedding with 5 star amenities!

HUGE tiki hut, so no need to rent tents. The sand is packed and flat, so it’s easy to navigate. There’s also a grassy area that we did cocktail hour and yard games in. It’s entirely fenced in, so we felt very comfortable having our pups in our wedding. There was also plenty of room for parking without cars getting in the way of anything. We were also able to fit everything for the caterers, a photo bus, NICEEE portable bathrooms, DJ, bar, etc. without it all looking crammed into the property or ruining the ambiance. Then obviously the stunning pool that overlooks the ocean is quite the vibe. The bride/bridesmaids got ready in the main house, which was PLENTY of room and amazing natural light! The groom/groomsmen got ready and hung out in the second house without fear of the bride and groom seeing each other before the ceremony. The location is also perfect, because it’s so close to the resorts that most of our guests stayed in. It’s also very close to Publix if you need any last minute things! The only downside is the hotel right next door, but since putting up the tiki, it offers more privacy and I believe they were installing more privacy down past the water line as well.
This truly is such a cool property. To be able to stay for a week, enjoy the benefits of the property and also be able to set up for a wedding RIGHT where you’re staying. It just made it so easy.
