She was super patient with my then fiancé, who did not enjoy wedding planning as much as I did, during our rescheduled interview. She took the time to get to know us to create our personalized ceremony. I really liked that there were so many examples of other ceremonies on their website too. When our wedding day came, and we met Aviva face to face, she was super bubbly, and our ceremony was absolutely perfect. All the element that were important to us, but not overly lengthy!! She also came prepared with a light bulb, which came in handy after our break glass blew off a table from the wind. I met a couple of other Officiants at showcases, and they too were so personable. I do not think you can go wrong with any one of them! Aviva also filed out marriage license MEGA fast and I really appreciated her communication around this.

We finally met in person a few months later for our draft meeting where Joe sits with you and basically interviews you to get to know you & your partner's story, in this case our LOVE story lol Joe was so welcoming and we instantly felt so comfortable. It felt like we knew him for years, it was seamless opening up to him and I did not expect to get emotional during lol but there were definitely tears and lots of laughs! Prior to the wedding Joe sent us his draft for the day of and we absolutely LOVED it. We worked on it collectively and Joe was always super responsive and so patient with us! He's a wonderful writer and storyteller, the way he organized our story was better than we could imagine. On the big day he arrived with the biggest smile and kept us up to date on how everything was going to flow. He reassured us and helped us through the rehearsal and through the entire ceremony (along with our whole bridal party) The ceremony was magical and you could truly feel the love in the room. Joe's words truly embodied the love my husband and I share and we're so blessed Joe was able to finalize our union as husband and wife! He told our story perfectly & we kept hearing from all of our guests how beautiful his words were & how much they cried lol! Joe is truly an amazing soul & we're so glad to have met him!! We absolutely recommend him x 1000!! Please do not hesitate!!

We ended up incorporating a small tribute to our parents in a rose ceremony during our wedding and we also included an anniversary box. These were ideas we had never heard of or came across, and it was so wonderful to have them as part of our day. Aviva was kind, generous and knowledgeable, and we were also able to review the ceremony she wrote for us beforehand (though you can choose to be surprised!). Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better day, or a better ceremony. I am so grateful to Aviva, she is amazing and definitely the best officiant there is!
