Jen and Kelsie were infinitely patient, very detail-oriented, helpful with recommendations and offered professional (but honest) feedback on vendors throughout the whole process, and the morning of the wedding I had full confidence that the Pink Polka Dot ladies would make sure everything went exactly as I'd envisioned - which it did! The tables were decorated perfectly, the timeline they recommended worked really well, and it all went like clockwork! I can't say enough good things about these two and would recommend them to anyone!

We met with Jen several times in the year leading up to the wedding, and she thought of everything we could possibly need and more. I felt very confident going into the wedding day that everything was taken care of, and not only was that the case, but the actual wedding itself was seamless. She helped direct traffic including a wedding party of 26, and 400 guests. It was no easy task, but Jen was up to the challenge, and went above and beyond the call of duty. We were thrilled with the way the wedding turned out, and all of our friends are still talking about it. I would recommend using Jen and the Pink Polka Dot to any future bride, especially if you're using your home or a private venue. We had to coordinate between many vendors, and Jen was able to take care of it all. It was a big weight off our shoulders, and we owe so much of the memorable weekend and day to her help.

d the scenes coordination went into my wedding- we did not use a venue with preciously arranged contracts, so she coordinated each element. Jen made it look easy and fun. She was a calming force, full of fabulous ideas and suggestions. She made our wedding go from a 10/10 to a 12/10. We absolutely adore her!

ade my mother in law and bridesmaids quite nervous. I did all the "styling" for my wedding, and I had hoped to be able to rely on Jennifer to make sure everything got set up. This did not happen. The day before my wedding she met with me and my bridesmaid at the venue where I had set up a run through of how things were supposed to look (the dessert buffet, the guest book table, etc). Jennifer was totally overwhelmed. My bridesmaids ended up being in charge of all of the set-up. Granted, we were already wary of Jennifer's organizational skills even before that. We had asked her to do some additional prep things before the wedding, which were a bust. First, we asked her to send us fancy portapotty options with pricing. She sent us the options, but sent us incorrect pricing. By the time we figured that out we ended up having to go with a more expensive portapotty--not a big deal, but frustrating when we also had to pay Jennifer an hourly rate for something that was not helpful. Second, we asked her to make a shuttle schedule. We had people staying at houses and hotels around Falmouth, and we sent her addresses and numbers of people staying at each. The schedule she came up with was totally nonsensical and involved shuttles crisscrossing across Falmouth rather than picking up people that were clustered together or were on a clear route to our venue. My husband ended up having to redo the whole thing himself just days before the wedding. Again, not a big deal, but annoying nonetheless. If we had known we would just have to do it ourselves, we would have done it weeks earlier.

ls and my mom (who is local) "popping in" I couldn't have asked for a more creative, amazing team. I would bring in pictures from Pinterest that I wanted and they made it a reality. Even though they didn't sell the twine I wanted for our invitations, they found it for me and ordered it. The week of my wedding I realized I didn't have programs printed for the church and they made it up to match out invitations it was PERFECT! Day of... Jen was so flexible and stepped in as chauffeur for our out of town hair stylist, to photography assistant. In addition Laura was a tough, patient woman who dealt with coordinating 10 groomsmen, Grooms family and Photographer. My day was amazing, special and stress free because of them. I cannot say enough amazing things about them. Thank you for making my dream wedding a reality and making the planning process fun!

When Jen showed up to the Country Club with a divided carry-all basket filled with any emergency supply you could imagine, I knew I made a wise decision! Jen at the Pink Polka Dot is so good at what she does; it almost comes second nature to her. She knows how to manage the excitability of the wedding party and calm the nerves of the mother of the bride! I would strongly recommend utilizing the services of Pink Polka Dot for total wedding planning, or simply for planning and consultation as the big days approaches; you'll be so happy you did! She allowed me to breathe and enjoy one of the best days of my life!

I started my relationship with them doing our “Save the Date” which turned out amazing. After experiencing their collaboration and unbelievable product, I ended up having them do our invitations, placement cards, table name cards and welcome bags. People made it a point to get in touch with either my parents or my husband and I to tell us that it was the most beautiful invitation they had ever received! This was especially important since we are not from the Cape, and they were able to act as our eyes and ears when we weren't able to be there in person and sent several photos and samples so that we could still be very involved in the process. Jen and Laura also were able to recommend several local vendors that we ended up choosing, such as All About Flowers and KML Photography. The Pink Polka Dot team also created our save the dates and invitations, and we got so many compliments on them! Jen and Laura helped us customize based off the many amazing proofs they had. They were willing to order and print custom items for us, and patiently sent us several proofs until everything was perfect! Overall, we would highly recommend working with this wonderful and organized team who will work hard to make sure that your dream wedding becomes a reality!
