About Us

Sitting in sunny Anaheim, California, The Ranch is one of the city's most picturesque event locations. This ceremony and reception venue combines elegance with classic décor. Marble accents and vintage lighting provide an atmosphere both clean and demure. It presents a blank slate for couples to bring to life with color and decorations.

The Ranch places a heavy emphasis on farm to table cuisine. It uses fresh, organic produce from local farms and from the venue's own ranch in Santa Ana. This rustic, wine country-inspired venue honors California's great ranches, farms and artisans.

The Great Room provides expansive views of Anaheim up close and personal. Completely private, this room includes a pre-function area and adjacent lounge and can seat up to 264 people.

The Hospitality Suite is completely private as well. It is ideal for couples who want a smaller, more intimate reception. This suite features a fireplace and it has a view of Angel Stadium and Disneyland Resort. Couples may use the terrace if it is available. The Hospitality Suite seats 100 guests.


What You Should Know

There is a minimum charge for hosted food and beverage. All receptions are five hours and include banquet chairs, white table linens and napkins, china, flatware and stemware, sweetheart, gift and guestbook tables and a cake table with complimentary cake service. The Ranch offers customized menus.

Once an event date is reserved, a couple should contact the Private Dining and Event Sales Manager Reception packages have the option of adding lighting, a dance floor, audio/visual equipment and upgrading linens. Self parking is included; however, there is a per-car charge for valet parking.

Every couple has a personal Dining and Events Sales Manager. This person executes all contracts between the couple and The Ranch, provides a prepayment and fee schedule, acts as the primary contact for questions and creates a floor plan and banquet order.

A service team and managers work with couples to ensure that everything goes seamlessly on the event day. The venue requires that couples hire a professional wedding coordinator to create an event timeline, assist in seating and invitations and be in charge of gifts and personal items such as a cake knife and champagne flutes.

The Ranch far exceeded my expectations. The venue, ambiance, service, and food made our wedding day the BEST day of our lives. We had a smaller wedding with 75 people. We rented the Hospitality Room and chose to do our ceremony and dinner in the same room. There was a hard... Read More wood floor section built into the middle of the room, so it made it easy to accommodate everything from our ceremony to dancing! The kitchenette in the corner was perfect for the bar area. We played our own music since there was an auxiliary chord to plug in a computer or phone. Off the Hospitality Room was a fantastic balcony where we finished the evening by watching the fireworks over Disneyland. It was magical! After the fireworks, our crew went to The Saloon and danced the night away! Since we are West Coast Swing dancers, we appreciated the classy dance venue they run. We love food and wanted to have amazing food at our wedding. This was some of the best food I've ever had in my life. They made the whole process easy since the food was part of the package. We were also able to have a modest open bar which then switched to a cash bar mid-way through the night. It was very affordable compared to many of the other venues we looked at in Anaheim. One of the best parts of the day was getting ready in the Bridal Suite at the venue. It was GORGEOUS! The giant mirror made it fun for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in front of. It was great to be around the buzz of the venue, yet secluded and hidden away. A little oasis of happiness. There was another room for the groom and groomsmen to get ready in as well. We were all very well taken care of, more than anticipated or expected! Gina and her team were amazing to work with and helped with every request, no matter how small or silly it seemed. They were professional, understanding, kind, and easy to communicate with. I'm thrilled we chose to celebrate our happiness and love at The Ranch. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat! The best part is, we can go back anytime and enjoy the food in the main restaurant!
