I worked with his wife Vicky throughout the process to arrange everything. She always got back to me right away.
When Jes arrived at the event, we worked with him to find the best spot to set up. He even brought a suit in case the attire was more formal than he had anticipated. (It wasn’t, but I greatly appreciated his thoroughness.) The music was just as we had remembered. Everyone greatly enjoyed it.
