We planned our entire Wedding long distance which I was a little uneasy about at first. George made this extremely easy by giving us a list of preferred vendors. Each vendor we choose was AMAZING. We can’t thank the team at The River Room for their time and effort for making this truly the best day ever for us!!!! I would do it over in minute and wouldn’t change a thing about it.

Absolutely wonderful! This place was so affordable and they were so accommodating. I love how the reservation came with tables and chairs already. And I think the DJ came with the reservation as well. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

rickled in and during the ceremony. This also made for beautiful photos! The interior was the perfect amount of space for our 90ish amount of guests. Thanks to the on site event coordinator (who was there ALL DAY & was very attentive) our guests didn't feel cramped by the set up of the tables. Everyone wondered how long this hidden gem had been around and how they had missed out for so long! I've recommended it to many brides since our special day!

We did have a little bit of a tricky time figuring out the best way to seat that many people out on the deck for our ceremony, but it turned out perfect and everyone had a good view. DJ Professionals were great and played a great mix of music to get everyone up and moving. It was a wonderful day!

Living a few hours away from Wilmington, it wasn't easy to plan our wedding day, but the flexibility that The River Room offers and Melissa's kind professionalism really helped our planning process. She was always quick to respond any time we had any questions & offered many suggestions to help me create the perfect vision of what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the way everything looked on our wedding day, including the surprise extra touches we received that we didn't have room for in our budget. The room was beautiful, service was outstanding & Melissa simply rocks! You won't be disappointed if you choose the River Room!
