got what they dreamed of and paid for? This company was a joke. None of the people worked together. Video, photography, DJ all worked separately and never came together as a team. We never even met the video or photographer until the night before the wedding. My husband knew Franklyn from many years ago so we thought we were safe in having a friend handle our wedding for us. We were terribly wrong. Here is a small list of the things that went on: Franklyn called us on more than one occasion asking for our monthly payment 1-2 weeks early because he needed to pay his phone bill, I REPEATEDLY told him I could not fill out the needed paperwork on his "honeybook" wedding site so in a rush before our reception started, he had to write down names of the wedding party and songs we wanted at the reception. Franklyn left the week of the wedding to go to Las Vegas and didn't return until the day before the wedding which left us frazzled and wondering how we would do final discussions with him gone. We gave him a specific speech for the Mother/Son dance because my husbands mother passed away and he wanted to dance with a special woman to take his mom's place-Franklyn BOTCHED that by screwing up the written out speech and embarrassing both myself and my husband. Franklyn did not play any of the music we requested but, thought it better to play all the requests of the guests instead. Guest requests are definitely important but, we paid FAR TOO MUCH money for our own requests to be pushed aside. I, the bride, had a mash-up song dedicated to my dad for our Father/Daughter dance which he totally messed up on and again, I was embarrassed. I read in other reviews that the photo booth was stocked with fun props but, not for my wedding. Franklyn told me a week before the date that I had to purchase my own. Franklyn couldn't play all the music we wanted because he couldn't pick up good wifi- not my problem but I had to deal with it. Time and time again he let us down on what was supposed to be the most magical and wonderful day of our lives. How sad is it that my husband and I have only been married 5 months and we are already planning a vow renewal because our reception was such a disappointment. When we voiced some of our concerns after the wedding, Franklyn ignored them and never apologized. He told me to call him and I did, numerous times, with no call backs. He deleted my husband and I from Facebook so we couldn't contact him and now he is busy selling life insurance so I guess this business has taken the back burner for now. All we wanted was for him to make it right somehow, offer something for all the mess and mistakes but, we were tossed aside, ignored and blocked from speaking with him. Unprofessional company and not worth the 6K we paid for sub-par DJ'ing, photos and videos.
