In the end, the space looked immaculate, the food was incredible, and the team did a wonderful job navigating the challenging weather that presented itself that day. If I could do it all again, the Roundhouse would be the easiest decision we make. I cannot thank the entire staff enough for taking care of us and our special day.

not only not stressful in the slightest, but it was actively delightful. The Roundhouse is a well oiled machine; true pros and experts in their field. But they're never robotic or distant. There was not a single moment that we didn't feel heard, supported, and fully taken care of. From the moment we first visited to our wedding day, there was not a single detail that hadn't already been thought of ahead of time. They're communicative and kind, they're thorough and thoughtful. The facilities - from the grand ceremony room to the guest rooms in the hotel - are pristine. Customer service at its finest. The food was delicious. The space is beautiful. The vibes are immaculate. I cannot recommend the Roundhouse enough.

ted so many venues where they chucked a book at us, told us to look around and made us feel like a number; despite being pretty solidly-booked, Carrie and the team took the time to get to know us, answer our questions and made our whole process so much the easier and the brighter. Beyond that, our wedding was completely gorgeous?? The setting is so dreamy: conveniently right in the middle of Beacon so guests have plenty to do outside of events, but overlooking the waterfall in Fishkill Creek, making it feel intimate and tucked-away. Every one of our guests gushed about how magical the venue was, how delicious the food was and how attentive the waitstaff was to each of them. We wanted a Very Hudson Valley Wedding and we had the best, most warm, fun, beautiful day ever; the team at the Roundhouse made it all possible!!

! Everything was perfect. From the minute we met Amber and her team, to the booking, to the tasting, to the details and to the wedding, nothing could have been better. The room is spectacular, the food (really) was outstanding, guests loved the hotel on premises, the Penthouse Suite made all the logistics so easy. The location and things to do in or near Beacon was an attraction as well. From the minute we arrived pre-wedding, til the packing up the next day there wasn't one issue, problem or dissappointment with our event. Kudos to Amber and the team, we love you!

What I want to emphasize is how much my husband and I appreciated working with Carrie, whose responsiveness, patience, and creativity was unending. I was so sad to say goodbye to her at the end of the wedding because it was such a joy to work with her throughout the process. She even made a joke to us as we were about to step off and walk down the aisle that we are still laughing about. And while we didn’t work with Danielle as much until the wedding day, we were so struck by her warmth and helpfulness. We just felt like we were in such good hands and were able to enjoy our day how we wanted to. And our guests said the same thing about their interactions with the Roundhouse staff. You get the sense that you are working with wedding experts. There a nothing you can throw at them that they haven’t handled — with finesse — before.

We ended up having to move the ceremony inside because of the heat and they made it seamless. And the FOOD. Literally everyone who was at our wedding raved about the food. We were nervous because obviously we couldn’t taste before signing but do not be nervous. It was perfect and the staff was amazing!!!

The food is EXCELLENT, the venue is beautiful, and the town is fun and unique for guests to visit. I must give an extra special shoutout to my sales manager, Amber, who I truly couldn’t imagine planning my wedding without her. She was quick to answer any of my questions- big or small, and thought of details that I would have never thought to look to include. She was also my confidant and therapist during all the craziness that comes along with having a wedding! Amber is one-of-a-kind, and myself and my whole family are so grateful for her. Overall the Roundhouse is a perfect wedding venue, and I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else!

I cannot think of one thing they did not handle for me. They even helped orchestrate me sneaking into the venue when I got back from pictures after all the guests had arrived for the ceremony. Also, all my guests absolutely raved about the food and cocktails. I was even surprised on how good everything tasted. I cannot recommend this venue and staff enough!

The Roundhouse is a beautiful venue with beautiful grounds. We parked our car on Thursday and did not need it until Saturday the day after the wedding. There is a hotel and restaurant on the grounds, which are so pretty. The service and food were amazing, our guests are still reaching out saying what a great experience they had. If you're looking please look here and make sure you ask for Amber. You will be so happy you did.

We were luckily able to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, and everyone would not stop talking about how magical it all was. Our guests were also raving about the food. We had our rehearsal dinner at the restaurant as well, and Carrie and Barry were great to work with during that phase. We would HIGHLY recommend for anyone to get married at The Roundhouse if you’re looking to have your wedding at a place that also feels like a weekend getaway, with amazing food and overall good vibes. If we were to do it all over again, we geniuenly would not change a thing! We hope to be guests at a future wedding at The Roundhouse, so we can enjoy the day Ifrom the other side!

e best weekend of our lives if it was not for Amber and the Roundhouse team. It was about as seamless and easy as it could get and their ability to answer all of our questions without BS was impressive. Our pre-meetings and calls were always productive and efficient and we honestly had a ton of fun along the way, contrary to common beliefs. The accommodations were great too and the hotel nestled on the river is truly a magical location! We cannot forget to mention that all of the food was delicious from the appetizers to desserts and they were highly accommodating with allergies/gluten free. All in all, a 12/10 and would highly recommend!!

Carrie helped make us feel prepared and at ease leading up to the big day which made the week of the wedding much less stressful! Once the big day arrived Carrie and Danielle were absolute rockstars!! Any time I needed anything, whether it be a drink, a snack, or someone to pull me away from a rambling relative, Danielle was there keeping the day as stress free as possible. The day ran incredibly smoothly and I know that would never have been possible without the amazing work of these two wonderful women. The Roundhouse is a beautiful space and though our guests certainly loved the aesthetic, the thing they raved about, and continue to comment on, was how incredible every member of the roundhouse team was. Every person I've spoken to claims their table had the best waiter/waitress and we're extremely impressed with how smoothly the whole day went. No wedding day is stress free but if you want a gorgeous wedding with as little stress as possible the Roundhouse is a great choice!

The Venue: The roundhouse is the perfect mix of rustic and modern - ample space for partying, many opportunities for customization, and a perfect lawn overlooking the waterfalls and the old factory buildings that now make up the hotel. There are multiple options for cocktail hour arrangements, and the main hall is just stunning, with massive windows and beautiful exposed brick. The Food: We went to a lot of weddings last year and had come to terms with room temp "wedding food". We couldnt have been more surprised by the quality of the Roundhouse, which we learned should first and foremost be considered a restaurant. The food, even for 150 people, was incredible. The cake, which was included in our package, was better than anything we could have ordered from a third party, and the cocktail hour station options were endless. People were simply wowed by the food. (We also did our farewell breakfast here and would highly recommend that to other couples). The Hotel: The hotel rooms are great - the bridal suites in particular are massive, well-appointed and overlook the awesome waterfalls. They make awesome spaces for getting ready, or hosting a good portion of your wedding party. Most other venues in the area do not have on-site housing for the wedding, so this is a huge plus. If you are hosting a big wedding, you'll likely need to supplement with other hotels as the Roundhouse has about ~50 rooms for multiple weddings a week, but our guests that stayed there were all very happy. The location: Beacon is absolutely wonderful. When you have a wedding here, you really feel like the town is yours for the weekend. Plenty of great stores, venues, etc. to host your welcome parties, farewell parties, etc. (if you don't decide to do them all at the roundhouse). Lots of great photo ops too. The mountains make a great backdrop as well. Service: The staff is just incredible. Weddings, as we quickly learned, are incredibly stressful and there is infinite value in having one place to handle your wedding, ceremony, food, housing, etc. We did not use a wedding planner but Amber and her team were instrumental in getting us across the finish line (meanwhile our friends who hosted weddings elsewhere were just complaining endlessly about their venues, planners, etc.)... Seriously, it was all just so seamless and perfect and the Roundhouse staff are so well versed in how to throw the perfect wedding, it's almost impossible to imagine how anything could go wrong or slip through the cracks. Even the small things, like packaging up some extra food for us to eat in our room after the wedding (you are so busy during a wedding you can hardly eat), were so thoughtful! Words really cant express how much the team's efforts mean to us. ---- In summary, this was the best weekend of our lives, and it was almost entirely due to the hard work of the roundhouse team and the beauty of this amazing venue (not to mention our other vendors - LNJ lighting, Raven Rose, Jessie Casey photos, and others). I can not emphasize enough that if you are considering a wedding in the Hudson Valley, the Roundhouse should be at the very top of your list.

From our tour to our planning meeting with our coordinator, Carrie, to the tasting and all of the help from the other individuals at the event space, the hotel, and the restaurant was top notch. You are getting the top of the line in terms of food, drinks, service, etc. Although, pricey, you get what you pay for, and I certainly felt that every one of my needs and expectations were met by the venue. Highly recommend!

Genuinely felt like we became friends with her throughout the process which made us feel even more understood/seen throughout the process. Also, the food was fantastic. We weren't able to try any apps during the tasting event, so we were unsure going into the wedding, but damn was it good. Everyone commented on how outrageous the cocktail hour food was. Entrees and cake were great as well, but they really shine during cocktail hour. Long story short, book the Roundhouse if you can. Worthy every penny and more
