She didn't answer my phone calls for a week straight, so I decided to bring my wedding dress in to her, all I needed was to have a few beads tacked down as I bought my dress used and they had come loose. However, she didn't allow to me to expla...in any of this, as soon as I stepped in the door she began talking to me very rudely and acting as if it was my fault for showing up like this. When I said I did try to call she said she "doesn't have time to answer the phone". after a bit a squabbling I left my dress with her with trust that once she saw she it was only a few beads, there wouldn't be a problem. She said she would talk to me the next week. A week later I got an email from her saying she didn't have the time and that I needed to pick up my dress. When I arrived to get my dress, I asked her "did you look at what needed to be done?" the answer, plainly, was no.
Frankly I don't understand how any business can keep it's doors open while
1) not answering the phones
2) assuming customers needs and being rude
3) not having enough time and resources to fix a couple beads OR even
zip the bag open and peek at the work requested.
I was very shocked by my experience because of all these raving reviews. At first I thought maybe I caught her on a bad day, it'll get better, but it did not.
I VERY RARELY write reviews so please keep that in mind when I say I would give her negative stars if I could. it was a waste of my time and effort, only for her to not even look at the dress. Really just disgraceful and rude.
In Short, don't waste your time because I promise if she doesn't have time for a couple beads, she wont have time for anything at all.
