I could not have hoped for a better wedding reception. First, the space is beautiful (we like historic venues) and right at the heart of Downtown. Our ceremony was just across the street at Sacred Heart, and our guests stayed overnight in some ...

of the downtown hotels, especially Le Meridien across the street. James and Casey were a dream to work with. Made me and my husband feel at ease. Highly recommend The Vault. Stephanie & Peter.

Chef Maria Lola Sierra

Director of Catering

Executive Chef Lola was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut, where she started working in her Dad's Puerto Rican restaurant at the age of 7. She continued her passion for cooking and went on to study at the Culinary Institue of the Carolinas and completed her studies in Florence, Italy. Chef's Caribbean flare and deep love for Italian cuisine paired with her commitment to fresh, local ingredients provide a soulful experience.
