Friendly at first, and then after receiving payment we didn't hear from the for weeks at a time. They came up with several stories for why they were delaying so long, but finally we had to have Visa reverse the payment. We had to scramble to get our rings elsewhere at the last minute.

My rings are gorgeous! My engagement ring is so unique and beautiful...I couldn't be happier! I bought a wedding planner as soon as we were engaged and when I saw the ring on the cover I knew it was the band I wanted. Well our first stop was here and of course they had the EXACT ring I had a picture of. Unbelievable!! Thank you so much guys!!!

We (My Wife and I) were absolutely impressed with the selection offered by theweddingbandco.com and most importantly the hassle free shopping experience... No pushy sales person trying to make a sale was definitely a plus!!! We took our time and browsed all the different options available (several times I must add) before picking out the perfect wedding bands. My Wife really enjoyed selecting her own finished, making it a bit more personalized. Upon shipment arrival theweddingbandco.com delivered as promised, the bands looked exactly as they did on the website and we even got a free wooden box!! (we used it all the way to the altar). The Wedding Band Company is awesome! My husband and I went to the Wedding Band Company because the website makes everything so easy. You can customize everything to your own taste, and the best part is that there are no surprises when it comes to price because everything is laid out for you, without the hassle and and intimidation of going to a jeweler. Our experience with the company was great, I've referred all of my friends and family to them since. The process was simple and painless, the service was great and the quality of our rings is fantastic. I hope that I never get married again, but if I do, I'd definitely go back to the Wedding Band Company in a heartbeat :)

My fiance and myself literally went to over ten stores looking for bands. I stumbled across the wedding band company online and was shocked by the selection and options. The prices were less than we saw in stores. I got the bands super quick and they were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I am definitely making all my friends do the same, and I can't wait till christmas for another band to go with the set!!!

My husband and I have extremely hectic schedules which made going to a jewelry store near impossible. I was thrilled when I found The Wedding Band Company - so easy to work with, plus everything was gorgeous and so reasonably priced! I now have a 3 row diamond eternity band that looks even more exquisite on my finger than in the photos!
