hey had lots of good ideas for photos and captured our night wonderfully. I will say that Ross delivered the photos that he took in a very quick time but it was slightly delayed getting the second set of photos but ultimately they were delivered and were amazing. nice, honest, genuine guy and he was offering everything we were looking for within a reasonable price range so we booked him right away ... Engagement shoot was included in the package, he met us at a park literally five minutes away from our house which was super convenient and the photos came out amazing (got those photos back about a week or so after the session) so we were excited to work with him for our wedding... He had a lot of great advice and suggestions leading up to the wedding which were really appreciated.. I opted out of taking "getting ready" photos, so he and his team met us at our venue and stayed there until the very end... Wedding was on a Saturday and I received our file of 3000+ photos by Wednesday which I was super impressed with... His assistant Frank sent me a link for an initial draft of our highlight video literally three weeks later... Both Ross and Frank went above and beyond to capture smiles and special moments, that we would have otherwise missed if not for them... The night was such a blur and we are super grateful for Ross and his team for capturing everything for us and getting everything back to us so quickly. Highly recommend.

He gave me clear picture of what to expect in my video and so far he has delivered! We were in contact up until the wedding to go over the shot list, important people, etc. He was always easy to reach with any questions. Ross assigned Al and Claudia to work with us on our special day. Al arrived early and got great footage of the venue and details of the space. He and Claudia were friendly and professional. After Al miced me for the ceremony, I didn't really see him after that- they were busy capturing all of the important moments while not being all up in your face. We received a highlight reel only 2 weeks after our wedding day and boy was it magnificent! I could not stop crying the first, or second, or even then tenth time I watched it! They did such an incredible job of capturing so many special moments. I am still waiting for the final video but did receive a phone call from Ross after our highlight reel was released to give me a time frame of when to expect the final product (which is very soon). My wife deserved an apology for the crap that he put her through. Please, save yourself the hassle, and hire somebody that actually respects brides.

s perfect and everything went super smooth. I can say we were very confident with them to begin with. Everyone was on time and I'm not sure what time they left but they were there when we finally left the venue. The engagement shoot was a lot of fun too

and still nothing. Ross had the audacity to ask us if we wanted to renew our vows and that he would record that since our initial vows were ruined since the videographer talked through them all. We were so excited about being able to have a video of the happiest day of our life and unfortunately we were taken advantage of. I wouldn’t want this to happen to any other bride.

s time frame to get pictures because we were running about an hour behind from the ceremony time. I had picked out a bunch of shots on pinterest as Ross had suggested. We got most of them just like i wanted, some even better ! make sure you do that ! So yeah pictures came out amazing. Ross is a great artist. The Video is great too. We got the pictures in about 3-weeks and the video took almost 4-months but everything was perfect. Our DJ Chris was fabulous, Everybody has great personalities and great energy. Everybody was dancing and having a great time. The video really captures everything. I think everyone should get a video, you can feel the energy and atmosphere in the video. The pictures are stunning but the video takes you there. I know Ross has to deal with a lot of different types of people, I actually know of a crazy person that he had to deal with and I felt bad. We got to know atleast Ross & Chris fairly well since we booked and met several times. I can tell you they are all outstanding people with good values and really care about what they are doing. They worked with our budget & payments and we realized that it wasn't just about the money for them. I really appreciate them for everything.

One event had cheap folding seats but he made the venue look classier than it was. Phenomenal in every aspect - Planning the times, recommending photo spots and ideas, executing the photos, and organizing. He took control during times of chaos and disorganization, and made sure everyone had a chance to take a photo. He never complained once when other photographers would have given up or charged extra. Another plus was his willingness to communicate with the DJ and other event planners to ensure a seamless process and keep things on track. We had the typical pakistani wedding and he knew who was important and what needed to be done to ensure our day was documented correctly. On one of the days he went out of his way to make sure we got pictures with each and every family members from both the groom and brides side. He also was working with the videographer who was independent from his team to help capture the right shots. Usually photos are like a chore but he was fun to work with and made us laugh quite a bit during the process. I highly recommend him and his team. He will not only deliver a good product but will also put a smile on your face. Thanks so much! So glad we chose you!!

e was really into what he does and was worried about his name and clients more than the money. There were times I called and he got back after a few days but he always got. I understand how busy he is, so no worries. We were given some serious priority the week before, where he called me several times to go over the details. Then on the Wedding day they were on time and took all the shots I wanted and more. We got table shots with every table, all types of group and family shots besides the formals. They took a ton of candids all day. We are so happy with the service, that we do recommend them. I would tell everyone that this is the best photography and videography co out there because we have had experience with seeing other companies at family and friends weddings.

the video and I have not heard ONE WORD from them! I should have known when getting in touch with them BEFORE the wedding was impossible. So I should have my video tomorrow yet I have not even touched base with them since my wedding three months ago. One of their phone numbers just beeps and I don’t think even works. The second number goes straight to voicemail, so I guess they screen their calls. And the third number is Ross’ cell phone which he says you can call or text, but I haven’t heard back after doing either!!! It is SO frustrating. My husband used their website to email them and he said he would call us.... Guess what, he never did!!! STAY AWAY and save yourself the frustration and money! Please wish me luck and pray I get my video... hope I don’t have to take legal action against this company just to get what I paid for. I am so disappointed in people’s good reviews.... that is the ONLY reason I booked with them. I’m truly dumbfounded.

well. We got our pics right away almost 3,000 pics, and all of them gorgeous. I am so happy we went with Ross and even happier with the service he provided. The video is not done yet but ross has promised to edit it himself and i am sure it will be amazing!

ts to capture. He was great with my parents too who were a bit nervous about everything and assured them everything would be great. The hardest and most important part of any pakistani/indian ceremony is the end when the father must give his daughter away, and Omar did an exquisite job of ensuring he captured those moments. Other than his performance at the wedding itself, Omar was a pleasure to talk to on the phone, very engaging and responsive. Honestly, i was a bit hesitant with some of the "negative" reviews the company has but the truth of the matter is you cant make everyone happy. With that being said, the majority of the reviews were very positive if not 5 star. If you have any hesitations regarding booking with Omar and his team i suggest you at least give them a call and talk to them. I promise you, you will not regret it. Also for all the Desi Brides and Grooms, Omar is the person you need. I was a bit hesitant booking someone who did not understand the customs and traditions of Pakistani Traditional weddings but being of Desi origin himself, Omar knew exactly what to look for and what to do at all times. Thanks again Omar and the Wedding Elites team, i would choose you every time for my photo and video needs!

n entire hour earlier than him to ensure I had someone start the process of filming/taking photos of us. Ross got there about a half hour prior to my first look and started making sure I was fully supported. The venue booked another party right before my wedding and Ross kept calming me down. He thought of creative ways to take the photos and followed up with me to make sure I was happy with what he was taking. Be patient when communicating with this company though, becoming a bridezilla is easy, but Ross will call you back and you will be 110% supported. I would give Ross 11 stars if I could. He really really went above and beyond and for that I am grateful..

& Jo were amazing to work with and made everything work, from the timing, the formals, the family, tables & group shots. They had it down and were so friendly with everyone. Actually when we did our engagement pictures & went over everything I knew we were good. The day went by in a flash but I knew everything was going well. I can easily say that Ross is the most sincere and dedicated person we could have found. Not to mention very professional and sweet. He made everything happen for us and we will always cherish his work & what they all did for us!

They split up with the bridal party and then Erica covered the cocktail hour while we did our family and just us pictures. It was great. Same with the videographer who we really didn't talk to at all. I can't remember the name I am sorry. He was also really professional and not in people's faces like we've seen. He just did his thing and we got a great video that captured everything. Our pictures are stunning. We are really thrilled with everything we got back and the service was professional and dynamic.

ne. Ross answered, sounding very much under the influence, slurring his speech. I asked if we could confirm the details and he said "Yeahhhh, it's all good. We're all good for your date." Sure enough, the day before the wedding he calls me "Hello, I'm calling to confirm the details of your wedding." Ross showed up HALFWAY through the ceremony. The ceremony had started 20 minutes late, so had it started on time he would have missed the whole thing. I tried to be understanding, and thankfully my church filmed the ceremony themselves. After the wedding he disappeared. No thank you note, no updates on the video, no timeline for when we would be receiving this. The pastors of my church kept coming up to me saying they were trying to get in touch to give him the ceremony footage for our video, but they can't get ahold of him. I finally got ahold of him in September, he freaked out, saying the pastors were lying to me, that HE had been trying to get ahold of them to get the footage and they wouldn't respond to him. He also said "I don't send emails with updates, I'll let you know when it's done." He also repeatedly said "You call yourself a Christian calling me like this?" I check in with him again in Nov., this time via email. His response is very rambly, abusive, and still no update or even an apology. My husband talked to him afterwards, got him to agree that Ross would be able to have our video and refund to us within 3 weeks of receiving the church footage. He received in shortly after, in early Nov. We’ve had 3 separate written, confirmed, agreed upon dates we would have both our footage and a very small refund sent directly to us. They did not follow through on any of them. In December they decided to blackmail us after we got the BBB involved, saying they would only mail us the footage and refund if we told the BBB we rescinded our complaint, otherwise we could drive 3 1/2 hours to go pick it up ourselves. (Which at this point they had bullied us so much the thought of interacting with them in person sounded super terrifying!) I reported this to the BBB who notified me even if I agreed to their terms, I physically would not be able to. They also said they let the Wedding Elites know once a complaint has been received it cannot be rescinded. We then had to get a lawyer involved. Ross said he sent the footage and refund on the 6th, for our last agreed date being February 1st (almost 8 months after our wedding). He sent our lawyer a tracking number on the 14th. The number said he actually mailed it at 5:00 pm on the 13th. He also mailed it to our lawyer instead of to us. Our lawyer contacted us on the 15th saying he was mailed the footage, but (big surprise) the refund check was missing. The office of our lawyer is also an hour and a half away, so now we have to figure out a time to drive out there to get it. At this point, I do not even want to watch the video. I have started having panic attacks because of this company, and I have trouble sleeping because of all of the awful, violently abusive things Ross has said to me and about my personal religious beliefs. We have gone to the District Attorney & Consumer Complaints Dept., and were told they will be moving forward with our case.

g was seamless. Tell you what I think when you have a team that works together all the time, it goes a long way. They were really organized and knew what they were doing. We just got our album's back and it just got better. Our video was great. DJ was phenomenal. I am very happy we chose them.
