The Wilds Golf Club

The Wilds was everything I could have asked for! The event coordinator, Shannon, was AMAZING to work with! I cannot say enough great things about Shannon and her team. Shannon made everything come together and was incredibly responsive. When we had some surprise snow, she quickly made hot chocolate for all of our guests. Shannon took care of all of our decorations (centerpieces, guestbook table, gift table) and made it look perfect. Our guests gave us so many compliments about the food and the timing of the meal was flawless. The outdoor spaces were beautiful for pictures and provided so many different natural backgrounds. I would absolutely recommend The Wilds to other brides!

Due to recent restrictions, I had to change my reception venue two weeks before my wedding. Luckily, The Wild’s had an opening because of a recent cancellation. Shannon and her team were nothing short of amazing! Within those two weeks she helped us plan food/drink menu, decorations and everything else we needed on our wedding day. She was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. The food was fantastic, we are still getting compliments from our guests two weeks after. The entire staff was safe and did everything they could to ensure myself and my guests were as well. If you want a low stress and amazing venue, I HIGHLY recommend The Wild’s!

My husband and I chose The Wilds for a few reasons, size of the venue, cost, location and guidance and help from their wedding coordinator, Shannon. Due to COVID, we did not end up getting married at The Wilds, but we wanted to give feedback on the reasons we originally chose this venue. Shannon was very helpful with any and all details and planning. If you go in with ideas that's great, but if you go in with nothing, Shannon will help you figure out it all. Anything from colors and decor to layout, timeline and desserts. We ended up using her recommendation for DJ, floral and desserts. All three of those were very accommodating with our last minute changes due to COVID, as was The Wilds. If anyone is looking for a fairly priced and extremely accommodating and helpful wedding venue, I would highly suggest The Wilds.

We LOVED The Wilds!! Shannon was the reason we decided to continue with getting married during a pandemic and we are so glad we did! She made the process so smooth even with all of the changes we had to make. She allowed us to change our ceremony to The Wilds due to our church restrictions 4 weeks before our wedding date, we were able to change our final guest count the day before the wedding, and she decorated the reception area for us the day before the wedding. Shannon had great communication with us and was open about the changes with their facility due to COVID-19. I would recommend The Wilds to any couple that wants to get married, especially during a pandemic, because Shannon makes it easier!!

The Wilds Golf Club was great to work with and Shannon was so professional and helpful. We couldn’t have ask for a better place to have our daughter’s wedding during this challenging time. We actually had two daughters get married at the Wilds Golf Club this summer and both events were wonderful!

We had a great ceremony and dinner at The Wilds. Shannon was great to work with and flexible with planning as we navigated the changing restrictions together. Shannon and her staff did a wonderful job making the ceremony on the patio and dinner in the ballroom look and feel "normal" while maintaining the social distancing requirements and keeping guest safety a top priority. Received many comments from guests about the great food, beautiful setting on the patio and how nice the ballroom looked. It was a very special day and we are so happy that we chose The Wilds!

10/10 would recommend The Wild's! We had three tours set up and cancelled our last one after we toured there. Shannon is AMAZING!! She is literally the main reason we chose the Wild's and the fact it's on a beautiful golf course makes the venue perfect. Even as I was booking my other vendors and told them we were getting married at the Wild's they would immediately say Shannon is the best and everyone would know her name. Due to Covid we ended up cancelling our wedding and she had our back the entire time and was great to work with. It was one of the hardest decisions to cancel because not all vendors were that great to work with. You will be in good hands at the Wild's!

We were the first wedding of 2020 due to COVID. I cannot say enough good things about The Wilds, but more specifically Shannon Trout. We booked the venue last fall, and Shannon was a dream to work with. She has been with The Wilds for 18 years, and is seriously one of the hardest workers we have ever met. We were in constant contact with all of the changes that had to be made due to the virus. I could reach her any day of the week. Our wedding turned out perfect, even during a pandemic! Shannon is so flexible, works with your budget, and is an expert at weddings. People raved about our food. The outdoor patio is great, especially during these times where a lot of people want to socially distance. We could not be more happy with how our wedding turned out.

I highly recommend the Wilds Golf Club for your event. From the day I inquired about booking a wedding reception the director was always there for me; quick to respond and very supportive. She is energetic, extremely helpful with lots of wonderful suggestions, and very knowledgeable. Although we chose to cancel our event due to COVID-19 the time spent with her was immensely helpful, and they were understanding of our decision to cancel and lenient with their policies. I would not hesitate to book this venue should future need arise.

Very affordable and wonderful food! They were extremely accommodating to any requests we had. Lots of amazing deals in wedding off-season (November-April).

When we first met Shannon we instantly knew that the Wilds was the perfect place for our wedding. She has a ton of experience and really knows her stuff! The communication was amazing and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants your day to be absolutely perfect -- which is so comforting. We were supposed to have our ceremony outdoors, but had to move it inside due to the cold, rainy weather. I was pretty bummed at first, but Shannon quickly put me at ease with her confidence and positive energy. She assured me they would make it the most beautiful day for us -- rain or shine! And that they did. The end result was absolutely stunning. We were so impressed by how quickly they turned the room for the reception. Our guests raved about the amazing food and service and said it was the best they have ever had at a wedding. Shannon and her team truly were the best! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for making our day so special!

Unprofessional staff. My wedding ended up being beautiful but there were sooo many hiccups along the way I wish I went elsewhere. The bar manager had enough nerve to not only yell at the entire wedding party for taking pictures at a tree (which the first manager said was OK just to watch for golfers) then continued to complain about my mother to the entire staff. Unfortunately the managers terrible attitude and disrespectful comments about my mother ruined all that Shannon and Cheryl did.

We absolutely loved having our wedding at The Wilds! Shannon Trout and the entire event/catering staff were amazing to work with. They focused on making everything as easy for us as possible and ensured that no detail was forgotten. The venue was absolutely beautiful, and we loved being able to use both indoor and outdoor space for our reception (they have a great patio with a bonfire pit that was dedicated to our event). The food was delicious and served quickly to all our guests, and we've received many compliments since from our guests on how much they enjoyed the entire experience. I would highly recommend The Wilds to anyone looking for their wedding venue!

We chose The Wilds after checking out a few other local venues and we were very happy with our choice. Shannon and her team pulled off our wedding day perfectly! We had a truly magical experience having our wedding reception at the Wilds. The absolute best part of our choosing this site was our wedding coordinator, Shannon Trout, who walked us through every step of the process and was always ready to communicate with us, and our other vendors (such as DJ, dessert caterer, and photographers) to make sure that our big day went off without a hitch. We also chose our dinner from the Wild's menu and, from the compliments that we got from our guests, that was a smashing success as well! Overall, the help that we got from the Wilds had a huge impact on our wedding day because we were confident that nothing would go wrong that we didn't have the help and know-how needed to fix it. Plus, the price was very competitive!

Beautiful location for a wedding! Our coordinator, Shannon, was AMAZING to work with! She's professional, friendly and super easy to work with. She helped us throughout the whole process with advice, tips and what to be expected on the wedding day. We had our ceremony outside and the reception to follow inside the Club- the transition between the two was seamless! The venue's food was also DELICIOUS! Our families had nothing but good comments about our day. I definitely had my dream wedding come true here :)

What a perfect day. We don’t think it could have gone more smoothly without the staff and Shannon. She helped make sure that we were staying on track with our schedule and that everything turned out as planned. Shannon was so easy to work with from the beginning. She was always available to answer any questions and listen to what we wanted. Very professional and would recommend anyone to the Wilds for an event. Shannon really cares about you, what you want, and then does everything to make it happen.

What an absolutely incredible day. I can't believe how smoothly and perfect everything came together. The entire staff at the venue was beyond amazing and a special shout-out to Shannon. She was incredible and a key part of why the day went as smoothly as it did. I don't think our day would have been as stress free it was without her experience and attitude. Also absolutely great value. We shopped around and the wilds not only gave us the most bang for our buck, it was one of the most beautiful and the staff was par none. I can't explain everything that the wilds did to make this day perfect in the 3500 character limit, but I 10,000% recommend this venue to family, friends , and honestly anyone wanting a great place for their special day.

Shannon, the event coordinator was a life saver at this venue. She is not only knowledgeable but is well versed in last minute changes and very conscious of what the couple wants and how the venue can achieve it. Their staff was quick and cpuritpis and they switched from an outdoor ceremony to an indoor ceremony with moment's notice and made it look beautiful and seamless. All the guests were impressed with the champagne pass that greeted them after the ceremony that gave the gro and I a moment to breath while everyone got comfortable for a seat. I can not talk up this venue or Shannon enough. Highly recommend.

We went to wilds golf club for a scheduled tour and the coordinator didn’t even show up to our appointment. We tried to contact through phone/email to let them know we were there and waiting for half an hour, and still haven’t heard from them. It was very unprofessional and we would never trust this venue to be coordinated properly on our wedding day.

Wonderful experience! As soon as we met Shannon we knew we found the right venue, she was real with us from the get go and understood what we were looking for and really helped us achieve it. Shannon, Cheryl and their staff were great about everything, they're very experienced and made sure everything went well on the big day. I really appreciated the flexibility and sincerity from everyone at the Wilds, you realize just how great the team is when things are getting done without you even knowing it. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I absolutely recommend The Wild's as your wedding venue! After looking at several locations, we were sold on The Wild's because of the affordability, gorgeous patio/green golf course/spacious reception area, and most of all because of the AMAZING catering manager/coordinator Shannon! Shannon is the most spunky, enthusiastic, in-love-with-her-job woman we have ever met! She gave us the confidence that we could put a wedding together in 6 months and she would do whatever needed to make our dream wedding a reality. The Wild's has in house catering, handles all event set up and decor, and Shannon gave us several suggestions for other vendors (floral, photography, DJ, etc.) to make the planning process even simpler. Every question that came up during the planning process was answered day of and not a detail was left out. The night before our wedding we rehearsed and brought all of our ceremony and reception items to the venue to be stored for ease of set up the next day. We were amazed that The Wild's staff (Cheryl in particular) was going to set everything up for us day of so we would have nothing to worry about! Day of, the patio looked amazing, we took awesome photos all around the golf course, and received many compliments on the food--we chose the combination meal of steak and chicken and the chef was flexible with making accommodations for dietary restrictions. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!

The venue was absolutely stunning!! Everything was beyond perfect. Also, the event coordinator, Shannon, is awesome to work with! She made everything seem so easy and she was so helpful. I will definitely be recommending this place!

Above & Beyond! It is hard to think of only one single part of our day that was our favorite, and that is because our wedding was absolutey perfect and we loved every part of the day. That has everything to do with Shannon Trout and her incredible staff at The Wild’s Golf Club. Working with Shannon was by far and away the easiest/most enjoyable piece of planning our wedding. Her knowledge and experience make her an expert, and all of our questions were answered so quickly and the advice she provided was on point because she knows what works and what doesn’t. This is not her first rodeo! The whole staff shares this. They are experienced, professional, and service oriented. We have gotten at least 30-40 seperate comments on how good the food was. Mostly, “I can’t believe it was so hot and fresh” and “That didn’t taste like any wedding food I have ever had!” The ceremony was gorgeous and the staff worked so efficiently to make the transition from outside to inside for the reception that no one even noticed that the chairs were all brought back in and around the tables in under 15 min!! Shannon and her staff truly went above and beyond for us, she even had creme brûlée made for my wife and I for dessert because we told her it was our favorite. My wife and I were so impressed with The Wild’s we are trying to come up with another event that we can have there!! We will be back to play golf, have many brunches, lunches, and dinners. (Also, we would miss Shannon too much not to come back and see she and Cosette) :)

Shannon, Shannon Shannon! How do I even start to rate Shannon? If we had to do it all over again and I get to pick a spot it would be The wilds. Shannon eliminated the hustle and stress that comes with planning anniversaries like ours. She was beyond professional, extremely patient with us, absolutely accommodating of our munchkins each time we went there. Food was the best I've had at any such event. Tasty and juicy and nothing was overcooked. Shannon assured me from day one to relax and she would take care of us and she sure did bring the house down. Our hearts are glad. Our memories of this beautiful milestone is because Shannon helped us execute something we once dreamed off. Thank you Shannon and God bless you. My husband and I absolutely loved The Wilds Golf Club as our wedding ceremony and reception venue. The Wilds gave us everything we dreamed of for our wedding for a decent price. Shannon was also amazing to work with. She was always available to answer our questions. She was also knowledgeable about weddings. She recommended many vendors to use and after our research, we found out her vendors were the best. I would highly recommend The Wilds Golf Club for weddings because they have a beautiful indoor and outdoor wedding space, the food was delicious, and they helped to make our wedding day flawless.

Shannon is a rockstar, she really cares about every detail and her prices are reasonable with the value she brings. My guests raved about the food. They made our best day ever, even better.

This is the perfect location to book your wedding! They were so accommodating and willing to work with us on pricing. They were by far the most reasonable price we found and everything that we were looking for. When looking at venues, they allowed us to come numerous times to sample the food, and see a few different weddings set up. Each time they showed us around and made sure we were making the right choice. Shannon, the AMAZING wedding coordinator, was very prompt in replying to emails and would answer every one of my crazy questions and requests. There was nothing too far out of reach, they made everything work for us! Our center pieces were complimentary, beautiful, and exactly what we had wanted. A few days before our wedding, we dropped off a box of stuff with post it notes what is was for and we showed up to the reception!!!! Biggest stress relief ever! They do such a beautiful job at setting things up and making it look great. The venue is gorgeous as is and everything else just adds to it. The lights and the tulle on the ceiling help make it look elegant. The under cover security guard makes sure there are no issues and all of the staff are so friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Wilds. They were so reasonably priced and THE GREATEST staff to work with. Your wedding day will go perfectly smooth and Shannon and her staff will make sure of that! Check out The Wilds, you will fall in love!

I knew that I wanted my reception to be at The Wilds as soon as I got engaged. From the first meeting with Shannon, I knew we were in great hands. Anytime I or my parents had a question, we would email and get prompt responses. A few weeks before our wedding, we had a final meeting. Shannon was able to tell us exactly how things would run on the day of. As apart of the rental cost, you get your choice of linens and many decorative pieces. Not having to rent those on my own, was a time and money savings. The food is wonderful. Many guests came up to me at our reception and told me how much they enjoyed their dinners. Having a patio to sit outside was also a bonus. Overall, great experience at The Wilds.

We had a fantastic wedding ceremony & reception at the Wilds. The staff, in particular Shannon, was fantastic! Everyone raved about the venue & the food. They are so accommodating & there were a lot of bonus extras thrown in at no cost. Overall very affordable and made planning much easier. Highly recommend!

We had both our ceremony and reception at The Wilds and we felt so taken care of. Shannon Trout was absolutely magnificent to work with! She’s full of energy and innovative ideas on how to make your day perfect and unique to your wedding! We had a Sunday morning brunch wedding that went down without a hitch. Our guests were well taken care of in the transition period between the ceremony and the reception and the food was INCREDIBLE! We heard so many compliments about our day and we wouldn’t change anything about it! Thanks Shannon and The Wilds!!

I would highly recommend The Wilds! They are very accommodating and organized & it was a beautiful event. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing! Only reason I am leaving off one star was because 40 minutes before the ceremony I found out that the set up for social hour was changing which caused me a lot of last minute anxiety. My groom & best man got everything sorted out but it was an unexpected stressor. Also on the day of, our primary point of contact didn't check in with us once before the ceremony and if she had, I feel the mix up mentioned above could have been avoided. Overall though this truly was a great experience, Shannon, Chantal & Cheryl were all friendly, professional and helpful!

We couldn’t have asked for more having our wedding at the Wilds Golf club! It was absolutely amazing! All of their staff was friendly and helpful. Shannon the wedding coordinator was a blast to work with. They helped us bring our entire wedding vision to life! Our guests all loved it as well! My husband and I are so happy we choose to have our wedding at The Wilds Golf course. We wouldn’t change it for anything!

I don't even know where to begin because EVERYTHING was so perfect! Shannon and her crew did everything in their power to make our day the picture perfect wedding we had pictured in our heads. Shannon was on it when it came to communicating. I think the longest I waited for an email back was 12 hours....and that was because I emailed in the middle of the night! The food was delicious and the chef was willing to work with us to combine things that they normally did not. The decorating was amazing. We did not really have to purchase anything because they had so many options through them that didn't cost extra. The staff was incredible and was there asking if I needed anything while we were doing a walk through even prior to booking, and they were there taking care of me day of as well. I wish I could go on and on and on about the incredible service we received but space is limited! Call Shannon, at least visit and I promise you will want to book.

Our overall experience with The Wilds was pretty good. In regards to our wedding day, things went well. I felt as though I didn't have to worry about anything. They were on top of all set-up with our family setting up the tables, as well as with all of our vendors. They also took control of the social hour, dinner, cake, etc. Also, they were on top of who were the contacts for the alcohol throughout the night so they were not bugging my husband and I throughout the night for unnecessary reasons. We got many compliments about the presentation of the venue, food, and overall experience. The only hiccup we had was at the end of the night - the remaining workers, not Shannon -our main contact, thought they had cut into the top of our wedding cake because they thought they could have because it wasn't written down on our "contract", despite us having communicated that it should be saved and we were unaware that it needed to be written in numerous places. Luckily it wasn't cut into, but unnecessary stress. The reception area held our 300-315 guests without feeling overly crowded, which was amazing! The food was good overall...some of the steaks were pretty rare, but cooking for over 300 people, it was expected that not all meals would be perfect. There are many good options through The Wilds and all are of high quality. The aspect that kept this rating from a 5 was our need to initiate contact and keep up on aspects prior to the wedding with The Wilds. We booked this location for our reception and thought they would be really on top of everything...but certain aspects were lacking. We booked an appt to give our downpayment and the person was 45 minutes late to our meeting with no communication of their tardiness. Then, I got an email a few months later asking if we had paid because they didn't have records of our booking...luckily we had it in our records and forwarded it back to them, but again, nerve-wrecking! And we had to initiate contact regarding taste-testing, when we had to have final details and numbers to them, etc. Luckily we were on top of things, but if we weren't, it may not have gone as smoothly or we could have been charged unnecessarily. Overall, Shannon was a joy to work with and The Wilds provided a great venue for our wedding reception. No place is perfect...but this is a pretty great choice, especially for big guest lists.

I was AMAZED by how great the Wilds was for my wedding. Shannon was a pleasure to work with and was available for me whenever I needed and responded to countless emails of questions I had. She also helped me have the most stress free day for my wedding. I had about 380 people attend my wedding and I am still receiving compliments on how amazing of a venue I had and how that was the BEST FOOD they ever had at a wedding. Everything was perfection and I could not have asked for a more perfect day. It was raining almost all day for my wedding and not one person complained or even mentioned the rain. That is how you know everybody was pleased. :) I highly recommend the Wilds and Shannon for anybody who wants an amazing wedding!

The Wilds was a great venue and Shannon and all of her staff were wonderful to work with! Shannon has many vendor connections and was able to make great recommendations for us. She was very responsive and got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. Shannon and her staff did most all of the setup for our reception which was so helpful and really took the stress off of us. Our cake was delivered without the flowers we had specified and the team at the Wilds stepped up and added some of our extra flowers to the cake to make it look more complete. We had a great experience overall and can't thank Shannon and her staff enough!!

We had our daughter's wedding reception at The Wilds in September and it was perfect. The venue itself is beautiful. There is soft lighting with lots of windows overlooking the greenery of the golf course. There is also a huge patio with a brick firepit for the guests to enjoy. The food was exceptional--not your usual wedding food--and the staff worked quickly and cheerfully to provide for our guests. Shannon was the wedding coordinator and we knew we didn't have a thing to worry about from day one. She encouraged us to contact her whenever we had questions and concerns. When we did, she got right back to us. Her number one priority was taking the stress away from us while making sure the day was extra special. I highly recommend The Wilds. Thanks to Shannon and her professional staff!

I am beyond thrilled with the fabulous job that The Wild's Golf Club did to put on such an exquisite, romantic vibe for my wedding this past Saturday. I cannot thank the director Shannon enough for how much time she took with us planning every aspect of the day to make sure it would be perfect. She is very detailed oriented and it truly shows in her work. Her staff works together as a team to make sure all loose ends are tied up so everything runs as smoothly as possible. I'm still thinking about how amazing of a time we had and how little stress I felt because everything was put into the right hands. I've done my research on venues and the Wilds by far is the most accommodating and detail oriented venue I have ever stepped foot in. It was beyond beautiful the way the staff set up the chairs and outdoor décor for an outside ceremony, and within minutes the staff pulled all the chairs back inside for the social hour and reception. I was promised little things along the way and Shannon ensured me it would all work out and I am not disappointed in the least bit. I am very happy with the Wilds and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

My sister-in-law had her reception there in 2016 and had such an awesome experience with The Wilds, that we decided to have our reception there as well, and even a friend of mine has now booked there for her reception. I could not thank Shannon, Chantel & the rest of the staff at The Wilds enough for all they did for our wedding. They literally take care of everything and allowed us to sit back and enjoy the day. I cannot tell you how many guests told me they enjoyed the food as well!

We got married March 2017 and had our reception at The Wilds Golf Club. Our experience was great from the moment we stepped into that building to initially check it out. We worked with Shannon throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and has done tons of weddings there. She answered every question we had and made us feel at ease during the entire wedding planning process. The food was also great and we had so many compliments from our guests. It is a beautiful venue for a wedding reception and we would highly recommend it to anyone!

Shannon knew how bad I wanted it outside so her and the staff waited until the last minute to make sure it could happen! Thank gosh the weather changed!! First of all WOW this venue could not have been more perfect for our wedding day. We had a large wedding (about 315 guests) and it was extremely accommodating for our size. The coordinator at the Wilds, Shannon, met with us several times to work out all the details and she was always available for questions throughout the planning process. I feel like Shannon took all the stress out of wedding planning it was so easy. We had our ceremony on site and the transition of ceremony to reception went smoothly. The food was AMAZING and hot even with the high quantity of people we served. I received complements from all the guests I talked to about how perfect the reception was. It was also affordable for having such a large wedding. I would recommend this venue 10 out of 10 times.

Shannon and the staff at the Wilds made everything go flawlessly. Beautiful venue for a winter wedding (it also looked great when we toured it in the summer). There were no hidden cost or surprises! Shannon and her staff took control so we didn't have to worry about anything.

We absolutely loved The Wild's Golf Course! The venue accommodated our large guest count of just under 300 flawlessly. The outdoor patio overlooking the golf course was perfect for the cocktail hour. The coordinator, Shannon is amazing. After meeting with her I felt as though everything was taken care of and we just had to show up! We decided on the Italian buffet and still receive compliments on the food. The service was also great! Everyone was very professional and so accommodating to the needs of our guests. The location also made it easy to provide a shuttle to the hotels for our guests and we were able to stay in a suite at Mystic Lake Casino. We couldn't be happier with our reception and would recommend The Wilds to newly engaged couples looking for an affordable but high end venue.

Loved this venue! Not too big, not too small. And Shannon was wonderful to work with! Easy and flexible and always kept in the loop. She tries to focus on the brides vision of wjat they are looking for even when there is a group of opinionated people present. If you have a groom that is really into helping out and taking on a part of the wedding "roles", the Wilds and Shannon keept them on board and informed and make sure the groom follows up with the bride. We had our wedding in the dead of winter and everything looked perfect with my winter critter wedding. From the help with figuring out how to make cake pops to go with our theme to helping woth picking out the colors for chairs being I was kinda running solo in deciding things. If I could do my wedding and reception over, I would definitely go back to the Wilds time and time again!

We had the most perfect wedding day at The Wilds. The staff took care of everything and they were so easy to work with. We couldn't be more happy with our decision and the outside ceremony was breathtaking. I couldn't of been more pleased with our decision to have our ceremony and reception at The Wilds!!

WOW! What an amazing venue for such an amazing value! We both have such huge families that we were limited to just a few venues in the area of our hometown, and The Wilds was one of our options. We toured the venue with Shannon, the event coordinator, and immediately fell in love with her and the venue. We visited two more places after that, and we compared everything we saw to The Wilds. Shannon is so easy to work with, she is completely dedicated to her job, and she is phenomenal at what she does. We chose The Wilds because of what they had to offer and because we knew we'd be working with Shannon for the majority of the process. They offer an outdoor ceremony option on their back patio that is absolutely GORGEOUS. They also have a bride's room and rooms in the basement for both the males and females to get ready. There are so many perfect photo opportunities all around the building, including opportunities with views of the golf course. The Wilds offered everything we needed and then some, even for a guest list of 300! Their prices are reasonable, they don't charge a "room rental" (aka: throwing money away solely to use the room), and they have so many connections with vendors that it was a no-brainer for us! We love The Wilds!

The Wilds Golf Club was an amazing venue for my wedding reception! Not only was everything perfect and beautiful, Shannon and her staff were absolutely wonderful in every aspect of the planning and execution of my reception. Every time I would get stressed before or during the reception I was instantly relaxed knowing that Shannon and her staff were on top of things and would take care of everything. I knew that I chose the right place for my reception because every single time I would tell someone where it was being held everyone had nothing but good reviews about either their own reception or their attendance at a reception held at The Wilds.

Shannon and her staff were great to work with. They definitely go the extra mile to make your day just the way you want it. Shannon was quick to respond to our questions and always accommodated our needs. She was almost like a mini personal wedding planner. The food was excellent, which was a big deal for me since my dad is a chef. Shannon also had a list of quality vendors, if you didn't have your own in mind. She got us a great deal on a DJ! The golf course was a beautiful setting for pictures and people continue to rave about the shots we took there. If you are overwhelmed by all the details of planning, this is a great venue for you!

The wilds was really great. Shannon was really accommodating and made sure everything was taken care of and we didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding. They gave us all kinds of options to make sure the day was great. The wilds was very affordable as well. They didn't charge us extra for most of the things we wanted to do either. 10/10 would get married here again!

Our wedding at The Wilds was nothing short of amazing! We knew Shannon would be great from the minute we met her. She always gave us suggestions to steer us in the correct direction, and followed-up quickly to be sure everything was just like we expected. One of our guests had special dietary needs and was planning to eat before the wedding, but The Wilds took great care of her by making her a special meal and checking with her to be sure it was okay. It was a beautiful evening and so many of our guests enjoyed spending time on the patio and around the fire. If you want a perfect, low-stress wedding reception be sure to choose The Wilds!
