bridal group cleared out a worker came to us and guided us to a dressing room. She never asked for my name, wedding date, or type of dress I was looking for. She handed us black rings to put in dresses I wanted to try on then stated they were short staffed due to call-ins that day. Once we picked out a few dresses, I had to help myself into the gowns and ask my family to button/zip me up. There was no one there to help me in or out of gowns, or even clip the back if they were too big. About halfway through the appointment a different worker jumped in to help, as my initial consultant started vacuuming. We were so uncomfortable in this atmosphere, feeling like we were annoying the workers for being there. Do not recommend this shop for your bridal experience

t thelma's actually want to find a stone to match my earrings and necklace and fixed my tiara so it all matched appropriately. What is even more amazing is that Brooke did this on her day off as a favor for me! now THAT is customer service. since our wedding day was at Lambeau Field in Green Bay it wasn't the greatest importance that are bridesmaids and groomsmen were dressed in green and gold. Everyone was stunning and looked gorgeous. Highly recommend!

hand to the guys and DONE! They called when the Tux's were ready and that was that. EASY!!! Now getting the guys in to go get measured... that's another story!
