Felicia and her team are absolutely incredible!!! I was originally referred to the luxury travel store by my Aunt who swore up and down I would not be disappointed. So true it was! Thanks to their help my honeymoon to Southeast Asia was as perfect as it gets and better than I could've imagined. Unparalleled customer service, amazing attention to detail, and super savvy to say the least. My hubby and I were so impressed with our first experience that we have since booked a family reunion cruise, our anniversary trip to Europe, and countless other "mini" getaways over the last few years with them and each ended up being just as awesome. We are clients for life and wish we could give more than 5 stars! ;)

The Luxury Travel Store has been such a gift and this review long overdue! Our family travels frequently, and although we considered ourselves quite versed in travel planning, since working with their team of TheLuxuryTravel Stores Travel Designers, we have saved so much time, money, and frustration, that we have no intentions of ever going elsewhere or going at it alone. Not kidding. Not only often do they meet or beat the rates we have been able to find virtually anywhere, but over the years, have gotten us countless perks and extras like upgrades, breakfasts and resort credits we definitely would not have enjoyed without their involvement and relationships with luxury resorts. They seem to be able to get jsut about anything done anywhere and it is amazing. Destinations and options we never would've considered, have been suggested, and they have actually gotten us out of more than a couple (self caused) binds along the way! Regardless of it being just a last minute weekend getaway for two up the coast, or a lengthy/ complex trip abroad w/ multiple destinations, and/ or a corporate group with varying goals or budgets, we can say without hesitation, he Luxury Travel Store went way above and beyond, to customize the perfect trip as seamless as possible. Experience does matter and it shows. Our firiends we have recommended have been happy also from what we understand. Aways incredibly responsive, understanding, patient (w/ our often very complicated and sometimes decadent wants/ needs), they clearly have great passion for their industry, and what they do they do very well! Five stars all the way around!
