Thunderhawk Golf Club

ThunderHawk Golf Club is a beautiful wedding venue in Beach Park, IL, situated on an award-winning 120-acre 18-hole golf course operated by the Lake County Forest Preserves. This stunning space features large windows spanning the length of the room, wood-beamed ceilings, and stone fireplaces. It overlooks the magnificent golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., a renowned golf architect. Thunderhawk boasts several well-appointed event spaces ideal for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and other gatherings. The newly renovated brick patio near the golf course can also be used for a cocktail hour or additional guest seating. We offer flexibility with hourly charges and can tailor the timeframe to your preferences. Please note that we do not provide food, beverages, wait staff, bartenders, tableware, décor, or linens. You have the freedom to choose any caterer or vendor that you would like, and you can purchase your own alcohol. The venue can seat up to 175 people with a dance floor, or 200 for a cocktail reception.
