All that to say, they EXCEEDED our expectations. From the timely correspondence, to the detailed information sharing, and even the schedule for the day (which we used as our format), they made everything super easy for us. My wife and I love great personalities when doing business and felt really grateful for having connected with two wonderful people. The actual day of the wedding was spectacular regarding their organization and accommodations to any requests. We followed their guidance as we navigated the twists and turns most couples experience when ceremonies kick off. They were really pleasant about what they wanted us to do. Any questions we needed answered, they had it covered. I trusted their technical skills because their website demonstrated the high level of quality we needed. So we were able to focus on getting from point A to Z without a hitch. We never felt rushed and they were super patient. Ticha and Jessica blended really well with our family and friends during the event. We felt like they were part of our tribe! Here is the kicker though, our photos and videos BLEW US AWAY!! It was totally worth the wait. As media professionals ourselves we know a good quality image. Needless to say my wife, mother in-law, and I sat on our couch watching our wedding film in tears. I mean, beautiful work. We were speechless. Once our guests finally saw the footage/ photos, the response was just as enthusiastic: “One of the most amazing wedding films I have ever seen!” “OMG I could not stop crying watching this.” “You guys are lucky to have such wonderful memories to watch over and over.” “This looks like a dream!! So happy we were there.” My wife and I are over the moon about our wedding memories because we received what we envisioned originally. Ticha and Jessica the technicians are GREAT at what they do as professionals. Masters of their craft. But they are even greater as human beings on an interpersonal level. Kind, caring, authentic, immersed in details, and overall a fantastic team. Please do yourselves a favor and only book the best for your big day. They are unquestionably the best at what they do. s pictures & video. Guess what? I cry almost every time I watch our engagement video and wedding preview – it’s that special! They are talented individuals and wonderful to work with. They were able to coach us through some of our awkwardness in front of the camera, with pictures that turned out beautifully. Ticha and Jessica were willing to travel to different parts of PA & DE for us and were flexible with outfit & timeline changes day-of. They were organized and got us through all the family pictures we needed. During the party portion of the night, I hardly noticed they were there, but they captured such fun pictures. I also really appreciate that they are flexible with how & where we order pictures from – there are no major restrictions that some photographers require. They aren’t super active on their socials but have a nice portfolio on their website & tagged photos.
