One of the biggest reliefs as a bride is to know I had a FULL checklist of things to be done and with this list nothing would be forgotten or come up spontaneously. Samantha has created this master list, and utilizes it for planning with all her weddings. Without that tool I’m sure I would have dropped the ball on many details. Additionally Samantha would check in with me to ensure all things were being covered as we approached the BIG day. Such a relief. Without Samantha a few ‘catastrophes’ may have occurred including my wedding bouquets arriving not put together. I had ordered bulk flowers that were to be bundles as bouquets. When they arrived to the venue, before my bridal crew and I, Samantha put the bouquets together herself, not leaving me any room to notice or worry. They were gathered together beautifully and I didn’t even know there was an error. That’s skill! If that’s not above and beyond enough, this girl drove all the way back to the venue to take down our flower archway (was left behind by our crew and was required to be taken down by the venue to avoid a fine). She came back at 2am from her hotel to take care of the final detail. If it wasn’t for this effort we would have likely had to pay a fee. Above and beyond! Above all else, Samantha was more than a coordinator for our wedding, she became our friend and someone I could call or reach out in any case I needed the support.

There was so much emotion leading up to the big day because of all of the outside factors going on. Samantha was so calming, held my hand, and assured me everything was going to be fine. The wedding turned out just as I imagined and every little detail was perfect because of Samantha's drive and positive attitude. I am so grateful I not only had the most amazing wedding coordinator ever, but I gained a friend for a lifetime! Thank you again so much Samantha and team! All in all the wedding day was one of the most beautiful and smooth weddings I have ever seen (I am a wedding vendor myself and I have been to tons of weddings!) and I have no one else to thank but Samantha! She is gifted at what she does and knows her stuff! Thank you Samantha for making sure this was the most amazing day for us and also for becoming such a dear friend to us!

I came to Samantha with rough ideas for everything I wanted: a rosé bar, a photo backdrop, cute balloons, a gold and pink color scheme and more. At times I felt, gosh am I too controlling to even have an event planner? These thoughts quickly escaped my mind after Samantha came back to me with a detailed list of where to get everything I showed her, with multiple pricing options, as well as her own suggestions to go along with the theme. I had a good idea of what I wanted but she was able to do the research on pricing, and options so I could make decisions quickly and efficiently! This completely has changed the way I plan on multiple levels. I use to get tripped up on the tiniest details and procrastinate on making the final decision as a result, but there is something about having it all laid out in front of you that really makes it easy to decide quickly what it is you truly want. So first and foremost she saved my time, which if you are busy like me, that is money! One of my biggest concerns, and I believe it is to most, was my budget. I already had a pretty slim and probably unrealistic budget for all my Pinterest plans and thought, I doubt I can afford an event planner on top of that and is it even worth it? I contacted Samantha to see what she could do, and not only was she within my budget, she saved me money on multiple accounts. Event and wedding planners have a huge network of vendors that they have amazing relationships with and trust. When I hired Sam I was able to tap into all of those relationships and connections she had. I didn't think flowers were going to be a possibility for the shower and we ended up having multiple gorgeous arrangements for a price Costco could not even compete with. So not only were my Pinterest expectations met, they were exceeded, all the while, still on budget. This completely shocked me. After this event planning experience with Sam, my expectations were more than met all while saving me time and money. She made it so easy, and seemed to instantly grasp what I wanted and run with it. So, if you find yourself needing to plan a party, big or small, Sam is your girl without a doubt. You will not regret it!
