Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival. Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more. Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row. We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums. All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned. Toast Wedding Films was a fabulous partner through the before, during, and after of our wedding! From the start, they were organized, communicative, and thorough, and their dedication to delivering a product that was aligned with our vision was obvious. Our coordinator Molly was excellent help throughout the process and our videographer Wadson was wonderful to work with during our wedding. When the final videos arrived, we were absolutely thrilled with what we received and didn't need to provide any edits. Toast Wedding Films delivered everything we could have hoped for (and more) to ensure that we'll forever be able to relive one of the best days of our lives.

Hiring Toast Wedding Films for our wedding day was one of the best decisions we could have made! I knew videography was a must have for us but we were not sure what all to expect. The communication with Gail from the moment we booked with Toast until the moment we received our final videos could not have been any better. Any questions we had were answered quickly and we worked together to setup the perfect timeline for our day. The highlight film brought our family and friends to tears as we were able to relive our day all over again. The editing process went so smoothly and it was nice knowing we played a small part in creating our final films. All of our special moments were captured in such a beautiful way. We feel so lucky to have the films to continue to look back on our wedding day for many years to come!

Toast wedding films was beyond easy to work with! Charlie responded to my inquiry within hours, scheduled a one on one phone call to see if they would fit our needs & was so helpful. Wadson( our videographer) showed up on wedding day and just took control. he was so fun to be around & made us both feel comfortable. You can’t go wrong with this incredible team!

I had such an amazing experience with Toast! Julianna was so kind and communicative throughout the whole process. Our wedding was postponed several times, and then got split into 2 separate events due to Covid. During an incredibly stressful time, Julianna made sure to accommodate us every step of the way. We love our finished product and we can't wait to use them for a big reception next year.

I can't say enough good things about Toast Wedding Films! The videographer we had was absolutely awesome. He captured our entire day without missing any details. The editors are also a dream to work with! I can't imagine you can find a more friendly or understanding group. I think I changed my contract like 4 times and they were so nice and understanding. I've also never heard of a videographer letting you have edits. For my 6 minute film I could have two rounds of edits. The first draft was AWESOME, but I liked it so much I asked to pay for an additional minute to be added and provided additional details I'd want in it. When I got the second draft I was in love and didn't make any more changes. Again, I can't say enough good things.

Working with Toast was one of the easier decisions made around planning our wedding. Julianna Oates on their team was the best communicator throughout the entire process. I love that they have a talented team across the U.S., so you're not putting all your eggs in one basket with just relying on a one person company. Toast was flexible in customizing our payment plan too (after I was burned by another vendor, this was important to me to break out smaller monthly payments). The day of, I didn't even notice the videographer anywhere, but the footage is amazing. We have full video footage of the entire ceremony and all the special moments, plus a social media short clip AND a 6 minute edited clip which I love re-watching. The day went by so fast that the video footage is amazing to have, especially because it encompasses more moments than our photos do!

Toast Wedding Films Pittsburgh is incredible! The idea of having a film of our wedding day was always the most important part for us because we wanted to be able to always look back at that raw emotion with our families for the rest of our lives, and Toast did not disappoint. Our wedding films are so beautiful and artistic. We felt like we were really able to relive our day through them. Taylor captured so many emotions and so much love. We are so thankful we have the films for our future kids and grandkids to witness our perfect day.

Our actual videographer on the day of was Mike DiNatali and he was awesome! Super funny, no intrusive and got the best footage!! Could not reccomend them enough!
