Toast Weddings Seattle is a family-owned, complete wedding media company specializing in photo, film, and social content creation. We are committed to inclusivity and serve couples of all backgrounds in Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, and the surrounding metro areas.
Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team.
Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival.
Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.
Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row.
We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums.
All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned.

Toast gave us a wonderful experience and a beautiful wedding video and highlight video. They worked with us before to see exactly what we wanted captured and took everything into consideration when editing . They were friendly, professional, and just good at what they did. So thankful for them to capture our day so beautifully.

Toast Wedding Films was great for our wedding! They were good with communication and I liked that they had options for customizing our package. This way we only paid for what we really wanted! They also had a very in-depth questionnaire to ensure they matched style and vibe we were looking for. Definitely recommend!

Toast recorded the ceremony and dinner for our wedding earlier this year. Arrived early and managed to capture everything we requested. We received the footage promptly afterward, which consisted of everything we needed and looked and sounded great. Very professional and responsive vendor.

We had such a great experience with Toast! The process was incredibly seamless from start to finish, and the team did a great job capturing our special day. The on-site videographer was adaptable and easy to work with. We would definitely work with the Toast team again!

Toast Wedding Films was awesome, could not have asked for a better videographer service. I did a ton of research to pick a videographer around this price range and they definitely give you the most for your money, including two complimentary rounds of edits and a highlight and documentary edit of the film for the package I chose. Plus being a larger company there was no worry about what if they get sick, our original videographer got COVID a week before our wedding and they had a replacement immediately. Communication is fast and easy. Could not recommend more!

I had a great experience with Toast Wedding Films. I appreciated all the examples they had on their website which helped me determine what style I wanted. Our lead contact Molly was very proactive and communicative, and their pre-event questionnaire was very detailed which allowed me to specify any particular aspects I wanted captured. Day of, our videographer was friendly, professional, and present without getting in the way. The first draft of our video was really good, and we utilized the complimentary rounds of edits to get it to be perfect. We love our video and highly recommend Toast!

Wonderful! We got exactly what we were wanting for our wedding videos at a reasonable cost. The team was responsive throughout the whole process and we got our videos right on time. Also wonderful to work with day of!

Toast Wedding Films made the video portion of my wedding planning so easy and stress free! Julianna was so helpful and super responsive with all of my inquiries. Our wedding videographer Denver was awesome to work with. We just received our teaser film and absolutely love it. So excited to see our complete video and raw footage of the day!

My wife and I couldn't ask for a better videographer than Toast Wedding Films! Jason was extremely effective at communicating with our photographers and the wedding party to ensure every moment was captured. Jason was very strategic about where he set up his camera for the ceremony, and he was very thoughtful about when/where he would ask us to do specific things throughout the day that would eventually be great additions to the final video. Jason has a natural talent at what he does, and we all felt extremely comfortable with him videoing us throughout the day.
Zach did an excellent job at producing an amazing final video for us. He chose the best moments to include in the final video and chose very appropriate music to go along with all of it. The editing was smooth and natural, and he effectively told the story of our special day in just 6 minutes. Zach was also accommodating to our requests for several changes we wanted, and the final product was perfect.
I highly recommend Toast to anyone looking for a videographer!

The overall video and whole ceremony was great. The video captured a lot of personal loving stuff that no one gets to see when it comes to us as a family.
