I found Toast Wedding Films on TheKnot and booked them after establishing a great connection with their service rep, Sierra, on our initial consult. We were delighted to know they offer military discounts on their packages that allowed us to in...clude drone footage for our wedding video. Sierra was very helpful in helping us navigate options so we could plan out our wedding video exactly how we wanted.
After Sierra, we were linked with Gail. Gail was amazing from the get-go, communicated well and you can tell she really aims to take care of the couple! She answers emails promptly and was a great resource for us when it came time to edit our videos, even accommodating some extra time to edit as my husband was deployed on a mission and could not sit down to edit footage with me.
Max was our film-maker on the day of our wedding. He was nice and quirky. Our only complaint isn't a real complaint, but just note that because there was only Max filming, some of the angles/footage/cuts of our documentary film were a little odd. We understand why he was limited with how he filmed, angling the video towards the lights during our reception. He ran back and forth tirelessly to capture every moment possible. Thank you Max!
Brides and grooms, take note! If you want multiple vantage points, I think there is an option for a two-person film crew.
Our highlight film came out absolutely perfect and we treasure it so much! Watching both the highlight and documentary films with our family was so special and let us relive the night all over again! It was hilarious and lovely seeing all the little moments we missed in person because of how busy we were on our wedding day. Can't wait to watch again on our anniversary!
Would def recommend Toast films to all brides/grooms/partners! Affordable, great customer service, lovely end products, and overall great experience working with them!
