eel of our wedding. I was an out of town bride with a very demanding day job, so I am also extremely thankful that all the arrangements were handled on the phone and via email. Ben was very proactive in helping me figure out all the logistics for the day, which was wonderful because I did not use a wedding planner. We ended up purchasing the cinematic wedding highlight video as well as the full ceremony and reception edited footage. We couldn't have been happier with the overall quality as well as the creativity and style! We loved that personal moments like reading the letters to each other and speeches were included in the highlight video. The music choices were excellent as well. There were some issues with the sound during our ceremony where the minister as well as our vows were barely audible. However, Ben saved the day by capturing the sound using his own separate mics with much better quality sound and giving us beautiful coverage of the most important part of our day which we otherwise would have lost. I recommend this company highly!

Where other vendors would only deal with us over the phone for short quick conversations, Benjamin and Rebecca made sure we knew they were available to us for any questions (not just specific to videography). About a month out from the wedding, Benjamin does a meet & greet to finalize the detail of the big day. He sat with us for TWO hours and worked on creating a timeline that would be able to capture every precious moment! What other vendor do you know that would take that kind of time to make sure your day was perfect without charging extra? Another great thing about Tone Production is that when you book with them they give you full access to them for the entire day, yes I said the ENTIRE day, not just 7-8 hours like most other vendors. So if there is something special you want captured, this amazing couple will capture it! Our wedding day came and went, and like everyone warns you it is over before you know it. You think back, and you want to remember every special second of the most amazing day of your life, even the hiccups and the small panic attacks. Through the beautiful video they created, I am able to relive this day over and over. If this wasn't enough, Benjamin and Rebecca turned out to be my guardian angels. After being devastated that I did not really love any of the images my photographer captured (I cried for hours), I thought to reach out to Benjamin and Rebecca. They immediately responded, and agreed to scope through which I am sure was hours of videos to pull out some pictures for me. I received my images today, and had tears in my eyes once again. From meeting our families before hand for insight and getting to know who they will be working with to the day of the wedding details, this husband and wife team took such care in making sure they captured every special moment. had to plan our wedding from afar, Benjamin found time to meet us in person and carefully noted all of the important details we wanted on film. (Our ceremony was especially beautiful/complicated, as it combined two different Catholic rites. Benjamin was very eager to hear about the different traditions and understood exactly what/where/how to shoot.) In the weeks leading up to the wedding, he prepared a detailed schedule and we were 100% confident that he and Rebecca were fully prepared. You often hear about how the day of the wedding can be stressful, but with Benjamin and Rebecca that was definitely not the case! They gave us a great sense of calm and professionalism throughout the day. When they needed us to step aside for special shots, they did so graciously -- like when we walked over from the reception to the convent gardens for the 6:00 "golden hour" video takes. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable. They are also masters of the art of video-making. Benjamin had several creative ideas and angles that he seamlessly incorporated into the final product. He also picked just the right mix of voices (from my bride speaking and our priest's homily) and music to give the video a natural feel. He was also open to making edits to the final video to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We sure were! It seems like he and Rebecca have been doing this for decades! Choosing Tone Production was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning. There are so many options to chose from in New Orleans that the decision can be overwhelming. But just trust us -- trust Tone Production and you will not be disappointed!

d complete a questionnaire. We were stressed with so much going on, so after the meeting I was unsure if Benjamin was able to really get a sense of who we are as a couple. Plus we are relatively private (so having a video was a big deal). Ben, and his business partner wife, spent about 12 hours filming throughout the day. They were very respectful and got a lot of detailed shots without being intrusive. We barely knew that they were there, actually. Less than 1 week after the wedding , they sent us a trailer video of the wedding. It was amazing and left our friends and family wanting more. Just two weeks after the "teaser" our final film was complete. My mom and I requested a few tweaks and Benjamin was very accommodating. He quickly made the edits in about an hour, and the final video turned out to be beautiful! The energy of the day and our demonstration of our love for one another is re-lived every time we watch the video. We have watched it at least 50 times (seriously) and have also gotten rave reviews from our family and friends. We are very appreciative of how easy it was to work with Ben and wish him and his company much success!
