Ben and Rebecca are just absolutely amazing! We went back and forth on whether or not to have a videographer for our wedding, but after our inquiry call with Ben we knew we wanted to work with him for our wedding. I can not express how thankful we are that Ben and Rebecca were there on our wedding day. They are both so genuinely kind and enjoyable to be around and they did such a beautiful job capturing our day. Our photos are wonderful, but the videos help bring back even more memories. If you aren't sure if you need a videographer or not for your wedding, I can confidently say that you do, and that it should be Ben and Rebecca.

I am so grateful that Everly Event Planning recommended Ben to us when we were looking for videographers. From the start, Ben was incredibly welcoming and genuinely excited about our wedding. I think we spent an hour on the phone just chatting during our first phone call. I appreciated that since it is such a big decision! As it got closer and we were going through out timeline, we got to the topic of our exit -- which we were unsure about. He suggested bubble guns and I had never thought about that. I AM SO HAPPY he suggested that, it was fun and perfect in the video and photos. The video itself is absolutely incredible. He NAILED it. It felt like I was reliving the day and it captured all the emotions of the day. I have had family and friends tell me that they have rewatched it multiple times because it was just so incredible.

Ben is awesome! He was one of the best decisions for our wedding weekend. Not only did he capture the storyline perfectly but he was also great to work with leading up to the wedding and over the course of the wedding weekend. We had a couple of timeline hiccups at our rehearsal dinner and he responded as if he'd seen it a 100 times. We also feel like he was just "there" at all of the perfect times throughout our weekend. Lastly, we can't even begin to describe how amazing his videos are. We received our videos about a week ago and have personally watched them over 10 times. Benjamin did an incredible job capturing my wedding day, he beautifully shot all the key moments and edited them together in our wedding video perfectly. Ben and Rebecca were absolutely amazing! Our wedding was supposed to take place in New Orleans but with Covid restrictions, we moved everything to the Northshore and even with all of the changes, Ben didn't skip a beat! He arrived early on the day of the wedding and captured every little detail for us. We got our teaser & trailer back within a month of the wedding and it was better than anything we could have imagined! Ben was our videographer who was more than just a videographer. He did so much for us on our big day. My fiancé and I both agree that one of our best decisions made for the wedding was hiring Ben. He was our videographer, photographer, wedding planner, wedding coordinator, friend, and so much more. My parents were hesitant on getting a videographer, but I knew that I really wanted one for our big day. We contacted Ben just a few months before our wedding. He was super quick to respond, and you could tell by his videos that he was an amazing videographer—we knew that we had to hire him quick! Our initial meeting was easy-going, and it felt like chatting with an old friend. He inquired about our likes and dislikes and wrote down what we wanted to see in the video. Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with. Literally, a week before the wedding I pulled the trigger and in a panic decided a videographer was a must have for the wedding. I was fortunate enough to have my wedding on a Friday, so Tone Productions was available. Since I am out of state, Ben was accommodating with having a call ASAP to get to know my fiance and I and answer any questions. As soon as we got into NOLA, Ben made sure that we met face to face the week of our wedding to go over what was important to us to make sure it was all captured on film. The day of the team was extremely professional and worked really well with the photographer to get every moment, big or small. The turnaround on the video edits was also impeccable. We have watched our videos over and over again! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ben and the Tone Productions team!

I had the honor of Ben and his team to capture my wedding. The video they produced is nothing short of incredible. Please Beware! Tone was our only vender that charged a 35% deposit for my daughters wedding that should have been taking place this week, but unfortunately because of the Coronavirus Epidemic they had to change their date to the fall which he had no availability. He refused to give any of our $1000 deposit back! He proved his character in a bad way when we are all losing so much through this and his only was himself. Look beyond ( the sweet family man act) and read your contract carefully! We don’t ever think epidemics like this would happen but here we are. It’s sad when so many have come together in a time like this to support one another but yet theirs the few people like this taking advantage of the situation. He hadn’t even had to put any time in yet besides a 30 minute visit to talk and get the contract signed. 🙁

I would choose Tone Weddings over and over again for my wedding. The professionalism and personal attention to detail was amazing. Our experience with Tone Productions was awesome beginning to end! Ben made the process extremely easy and structured and really took the time to understand what we were looking for and create a final product that reflected our tastes and the feel of our wedding. I was an out of town bride with a very demanding day job, so I am also extremely thankful that all the arrangements were handled on the phone and via email. Ben was very proactive in helping me figure out all the logistics for the day, which was wonderful because I did not use a wedding planner. We ended up purchasing the cinematic wedding highlight video as well as the full ceremony and reception edited footage. We couldn't have been happier with the overall quality as well as the creativity and style! We loved that personal moments like reading the letters to each other and speeches were included in the highlight video. The music choices were excellent as well. There were some issues with the sound during our ceremony where the minister as well as our vows were barely audible. However, Ben saved the day by capturing the sound using his own separate mics with much better quality sound and giving us beautiful coverage of the most important part of our day which we otherwise would have lost. I recommend this company highly!

Ben and his team did a great job with our wedding. Everything came out just as we could have hoped for. My wife was overjoyed with the highlight video and has watched it on repeat since we have received it (she may still be watching it now). He is so easy to work with and has so many brilliant ideas when it comes to poses, looking natural, locations in NOLA, working so well with the entire bridal party and the list goes on! Ben and his crew did an excellent job capturing our mass and reception. I contacted him very last minute, and gave him as few details as possible (sorry Ben, that's just the kind of bride I was) :) He still got all of the information together somehow and was there at the church and got all of our big moments. There was one clip that he didn't put in his final video (because I never told him it was important to me!) and he edited it in there within a day's time. Where to begin?! From the first time we spoke over the phone, I knew there was something different about Benjamin and Rebecca Tone. Their kindness, dedication, and passion for their work was clear from the beginning, but the great thing about these two is they truly are dedicated to getting to know you and your future spouse. Where other vendors would only deal with us over the phone for short quick conversations, Benjamin and Rebecca made sure we knew they were available to us for any questions (not just specific to videography). About a month out from the wedding, Benjamin does a meet & greet to finalize the detail of the big day. He sat with us for TWO hours and worked on creating a timeline that would be able to capture every precious moment! What other vendor do you know that would take that kind of time to make sure your day was perfect without charging extra? Another great thing about Tone Production is that when you book with them they give you full access to them for the entire day, yes I said the ENTIRE day, not just 7-8 hours like most other vendors. So if there is something special you want captured, this amazing couple will capture it! Our wedding day came and went, and like everyone warns you it is over before you know it. You think back, and you want to remember every special second of the most amazing day of your life, even the hiccups and the small panic attacks. Through the beautiful video they created, I am able to relive this day over and over. If this wasn't enough, Benjamin and Rebecca turned out to be my guardian angels. After being devastated that I did not really love any of the images my photographer captured (I cried for hours), I thought to reach out to Benjamin and Rebecca. They immediately responded, and agreed to scope through which I am sure was hours of videos to pull out some pictures for me. I received my images today, and had tears in my eyes once again. This time happy tears. They sent me some of the most beautiful stills from our wedding night that I cannot wait to get printed for our new home.
