was told two days later that I would have to pay and additional $350 for travel that was never mentioned prior to booking. I ended up cancelling their services because I felt like I had been lied to. I wouldn’t want to use someone who was not honest with their pricing up front. I would not recommend this vendor due to the hidden costs that were not divulged prior to booking. You just don’t do business that way - it’s like paying for your groceries and then getting a bill in the mail for an extra cost - you just don’t run a business that way!

We originally got a deal for two photographers because our wedding was during the “off" season, which worked out perfectly for us and our budget! A week before the wedding, I got a call from Jeanette asking if we would want Andrew to do video instead of photo, free of charge. At first, I was worried we wouldn't get all the photos we wanted if we only had one photographer, but she assured me it would all work out if we wanted video. We decided to go with that and I'm so glad we did! We just got all of our wedding photos back and they are STUNNING! Exactly what we wanted! So now I'm even more excited to get the video in the mail! They already delivered top quality photos with one photographer on-site that day, so I imagine the video will be just as great. It ended up being a great added bonus for us! nication was very good. After sending in the initial information form, we didn’t hear from them again until a few weeks before the wedding when we called them. As we tried to get everything for the wedding finished early, it was unsettling to not know who was coming to film us and when they’d be there. We ended up getting the details sorted out and our videographer arrived promptly for our big day, which we appreciated. While she was very professional and seemed to be good at what she does, we did not get to sit down with her beforehand and provide insights on how we would like the day shot. There is one specific clip with my jewelry that I asked her to get, but unfortunately it didn’t happen. Again, overall the end result turned out good and the DVDs were shipped to us a little over three months after the wedding. We did have several requested edits, which, after a few back and forth emails, the editing team completed. Lastly, we would advise to have a consultation meeting so that they can get an idea of your vision. When I watched the first version I didn’t think it reflected how the day felt (it jumped around quite a bit, no emotion). After the editing, it made it better, but we did end up getting the raw footage so that we could put together our own version. I do recommend using Tower, but would have hoped the operation would have went smoother.

We got the highlights film (a video with highlights of the wedding that is the length of one song) and we could not be more thrilled with how it turned out. For a five-minute video, it does an amazing job of capturing the atmosphere of our wedding. It is beautifully edited, and it is clear that a lot of time and effort went into making it. We only got the video a few days ago, but I have probably already watched it about 15 times. Our videographer was Ricky. He was so friendly, easy to work with, and brought a great positive energy to the wedding day. I cannot emphasize how important this was for me, because he was hanging out with us for most of the day. He made us all feel comfortable, but at the same time, he was not intrusive, so we were able to forget we were being filmed and enjoy the day. I could not recommend him highly enough. Everyone I spoke with at Tower Studios was wonderful to work with throughout this whole process, and our video is something I know my husband and I will cherish forever!

Family and friends have been able to relive all the special moments from our wedding day. There is no price you can place on that type of pure happiness! I took away one star because of how long it took to get the video back - our contract said 2 months, and it ended up being almost 3.5 months. I had to call twice to check on the video. Studios that captured of all the little things I forget about that day. Pictures don’t tell the story like a video does. The staff was very professional and worked very well with my photographer. We hardly knew our videographer was there, but they were able to captured everything. Our edited video was back in a timely manner and in amazing quality. when we needed some flowers arranged! He was great on his own and didn't require much attention or direction from me. We had the drone for our first look, which was not an easy location to access in Forest Park, but all shooters were there despite the cold and the walk to get there! I was impressed with the way Sal worked with our photographer, it can be chaotic with everyone telling the bride what to do and trying to get what they need for their shots, etc, but Sal was professional and patient in the best way! We had unlimited hours, and both videographers stayed until mid reception (you can only get so many shots of us on the dance floor), which was perfect! We were very happy with our experience day of, and can't wait to see our wonderful video!

When we received our pictures there were some questionable ones where we just didn’t understand why they gave us those & there were some we knew were taken that we really did want but we didn’t get. & also in a few pictures you could noticeably see people cropped out of them. To me that’s beyond disrespectful. Pictures of both my biological mom & stepmom with me & my stepmom was cut out of it. Ones with all of my bridesmaids & bridesman & he was cut out of it. I noticed there were hardly any pictures of my stepmom & that devastated me she’s a huge part of my life & she did everything for my wedding & she was thrown to the back burner. If I’m asked I will tell everyone my pictures were beautiful but I will warn them of the issues I had.

e got tons of raw footage including the whole ceremony. We also got an AWESOME video highlight video. I got a digital version of the highlight video as well as everything else on 3 Blu-ray DVDs and 3 traditional DVDs. They all came in great cases with a picture of Cole and I and a made up title, looks exactly like a movie! They continued to be in contact with me consistently after the wedding. Tower video is great and I would recommend them for your wedding 100%.

Thankfully we were still able to book them for our big day. We are officially married and received our videos. We are sooooo happy we booked with Tower Studios. Our video is absolutely wonderful and they did such a great job of capturing every special moment of our day. Our pictures are wonderful, but having a video to watch is so much better!

sure all these glowing reviews are for those who were able to just throw stacks of money at them. If you try to do anything less, they treat you terribly. I was told that I could order unedited footage at any time after the wedding. Guess they thought I'd never be able to afford it since I couldn't at the time, because my footage is gone. I don't have a full recording of my wedding ceremony. Andrew was terrible when I was originally trying to plan, and Rachel seemed cool when she took over afterward, until she tells me that my footage is gone, and the only time they tried to contact me before deleting it was by snail mail to my previous address. Looking back, there are a lot of things I'd change about my wedding. This is one of them. I should have just skipped videography to save myself the disappointment.

Though my ceremony wasn't until 6, our filmer was there as soon as the girls started getting ready in the hotel. The video was fantastic, and we have been given so many compliments. If Tower Studios had had photography when I booked, I would have booked them for photography too! I actually saw some of their photos from a friend's recent wedding, and they were beautiful. My photographer was terrible and caused us a lot of stress. I am SO GLAD that I have this amazing video to look back at and remember the best parts of my wedding, since looking back at photos makes me remember the frustrating parts. I would recommend Tower Studios to ANYONE and especially Darius, our amazing filmer. I'd give 10 stars if I could! I watch this video whenever I'm having a bad day, and it perks me right up! The bluray cover is also beautiful, and they made excellent gifts for our parents.

re 2 hours of footage missing from our wedding day that we’ll never get back (even though our package included unlimited footage) the quality was disappointing. This is honestly the only vendor from our entire wedding that we had a negative experience with, and we absolutely LOVED our photography (by Jessica Lauren Photography!). I felt safe booking with Tower Studios because no matter what, we knew we could get the raw footage, but after viewing it we know that’s where all the problems started. In the footage we saw in the example videos, the audio was high quality and there were tons of creative shots of the wedding day. While ours it seems like the camera was sitting on a tripod, with no creativity or thought put into capturing the story of the day. Much of the audio (including the bride reading a letter from the groom) was unusable because of the poor quality. Even more issues arrived as we received our first draft of our wedding day video, and it seemed as though an intern had spent a few hours piecing the footage together. We shared it with many of our close friends and everyone had the same reaction — it was a jumble of random clips just thrown together. It didn’t make you feel like you were reliving the wedding day, as their example videos had. After expressing our concerns to our Tower Studios contact, they ignored our concerns and responded with a positive spin on everything without ever admitting their errors. After that, we requested our raw footage and our contact let us know it’d take a couple weeks to receive it (I don’t understand how it takes 2 weeks to transfer the footage when I was able to transfer it from a drive to my laptop in 20 minutes, but that was the least of my concerns). Once we received it, we spent HOURS reviewing it and making extremely detailed notes on all the shots we liked and everything we wanted removed from the video. FIFTY days later, we received a new version of our video, which was certainly better (because we gave them specific direction on how to fix it) but didn’t even incorporate all of our edits. We responded to request the edits yet again, and our Tower Studios contact let us know that AS A FAVOR TO US they could make these edits, because they normally don’t allow an additional round of edits. Today, we received an updated version. While better, it’s still not what we could have had if we’d have gone with someone else, or the kind of video Tower Studios would have chosen for their example videos on their website. But ultimately, we’re frustrated and tired of dealing with them so we’re just accepting it. Sometime in the future, when we have money available to spend on it, we’d like to give the raw footage to someone else to edit together so we can have a video that really tells a beautiful story of our wedding day.

They were very unobtrusive and awesome to work with through the entire process. I had some difficulty selecting the songs we were going to use, but no worries Jeanette because was more than happy to send me some she thought I may like and work with me to pick the perfect ones. Even when we received our video and I asked for some corrections, they were more than happy to accommodate us and have went above and beyond ensuring there wasn't anything else we wanted done. Tower Studios were a great value and phenomenal at capturing our memories - I would absolutely recommend them to any bride!

We found out 6 weeks before our wedding that the church double booked our time slot and we had to move our ceremony up an hour earlier. Towers was very accommodating and showed up at 6:30 am to get footage of me and my bridesmaids getting ready so early! I think it ended up being a 14 hour day for the videographer and for his flexibility with all the time changes I was so grateful! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company to capture every moment of their special day from beginning to end. I have watched our video over and over. The day flew by so fast, I am glad I can relive it as much as I want!
