Robert was able to help us with a honeymoon package earlier this year. My wife and I were all set to go when bad weather struck and delayed us a day from getting to our destination and to top that off the airlines lost her luggage for 2 days. I was so impressed by Robert and his initiatives to ensure we got the most out of our honeymoon. He was able to extend our stay by 1 day at another resort which included covering the flight to another island. He was attentive to us during the entire honeymoon to optimize our experience. That's what a good travel agent does and I would recommend him and his team to anyway looking for travel packages and ideas.

My fiance and I were looking for a place to elope. We spent countless hours online looking at websites trying to find the best resorts, wedding packages, pricing and so on. Travel Benefits By Design was recommended by a friend of mine. Robert was so helpful in our decision process. He gave us the pros and cons to the various resorts we asked him about and provided great details about the resorts - adults only, relaxing vs party vibe, etc. We finally settled on a resort and wedding package, and Robert offered to send all of our paperwork to the resort, graciously sat in on our first call with the wedding coordinator, and was just overall instrumental in helping us make an informed decision. This is the first time I will be traveling outside the US, and Robert gave us tips for when to go shopping locally, the name of a cigar factory that we could tour, and a winery that we could visit. He didn't judge or question us when we started planning in July for an October wedding; he jumped right in and got us going. We are looking forward to this trip of a lifetime!

Working with this agency made my life a gem. Robert especially was the best. He made sure that not only I was on top of things, but also the resort in Barbados was as well. We all know how hectic weddings can be, and working with Robert gave me peace of mind and knowledge that my wedding would be spectacular, and it was!!!!
