He brought us drinks before we got announced, he communicated everything that we needed to do, and he was basically our wedding planner/hype man. One of the other great things about DJ TREGO was his communication leading up to the wedding. We had multiple meetings with him before the wedding that helped ensure that he knew exactly what we were looking for. He asked all the right questions and had a detailed run of show that made the whole process easy. We really couldn't have been happier with DJ TREGO; we even called him the day after our wedding to tell him thank you. We 1000% recommend for any upcoming wedding or event.

22 date so within the span of three weeks fully planned an entire new wedding/vow ceremony with small reception at an entire new venue. Trego was referred to us by the new venue and ever since, everyone that was at our small wedding has RAVED about him. They were awesome in so many ways... I found his company after extensive online searching and cross referencing reviews across multiple sites. His company definitely had positive reviews on a bunch of sites. When I submitted an online inquiry, he gave me a call immediately to set up a meeting to discuss options. He was not pushy and tried to figure out what our needs were to help us pick a package that fit our vibe and our budget. We ended up choosing a great package that included uplighting and a cool photobooth, with a hard copy and digital files provided to us at the end! Being an avid music fan, I thought it would be easy for me to pick music for my own wedding. However, being that I have eclectic taste and that I love SOOO many different songs and genres, it ended up being really hard for me to narrow down the music I actually wanted for the wedding. I felt super unprepared and indecisive. Trego was very patient with us, and helped to figure out the vibe and style that we were going for within our first meeting. This put me at ease as I had weeks to go in and tweak with the play lists whenever I changed my mind leading up to the wedding. Trego also gets brownie points for making it a point to learn how to pronounce my name (which is hard for many people to say, including my husband!), so that he could say it right on the actual wedding day. It showed me that Trego is professional, respectful, and wanted to provide the best service, all the way down to this little detail (that many don't even think about). We had warned Trego that our wedding would have a tough crowd... tough to pump up... tough to find common ground as far as music preferences... BUT... the verdict was that everyone had a GREAT time. Trego's awesome personality helped get people on their feet, and he even showed off some moves in our dance circles. We hadn't planned on having a hora at our wedding. But, Trego surprised us by pulling a couple chairs onto the dance floor and playing Hava Nagila. EVERYONE joined in to help carry us and to participate, and it turned out to be the hit of the night. It was really a beautiful moment of cross cultural immersion; connecting through music, dance, and celebration! Our friends and family were talking about it for weeks after the wedding. We can't thank DJ Trego enough for an awesome job, and would recommend him in a heartbeat!

We actually had our own customized playlists for pre-ceremony, ceremony, and cocktail hour - we only gave him discretion for the dance music - and he played them all perfectly, no changes. Our bridal aisle walk song was intended to be cued up right in the middle of it - we told him a time stamp and he stuck with it perfectly. Our recessional (exit) song was just the same - cued up to just the right spot. As a DJ, he was enthusiastic, charming, never gross or slimy, and funny. We are grateful Trego was so awesome. Our friends had to be dragged off the dance floor at the end of the night, which, with our particular friends, is little short of a miracle. In general, TREGOtheDJ was professional, competent, and organized, and you should feel confident that he'll take care of things. If you take one thing away from this review, it should be this: book Trego, he's absolutely fantastic.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that the dance floor was literally full for the entire night! The music was great, and DJ Trego read the crowd perfectly, playing off their energy throughout the night. I can't imagine a better DJ! For someone planning their own weddings (I had 2 separate ceremonies), this was of the utmost importance, that I didn't have to keep following up on vendors. On the day of the wedding, DJ Trego was everything we expected and more. Professional, prompt, prepared! He was the only vendor that came to greet everyone in the wedding party room and it felt like a friend walked in. I still get guests requesting his information , months and months later. We got the most compliments over anything else on our choice of DJ (no joke). Guests stated that he "played a little bit of everything, but it was always something fun." The 2 most important things for us were that our guests were well fed and well danced, and his company took care of the dancing part completely. We NEVER had an empty dance floor the entire night. I would recommend this guy 100 times over!!!

It has been one month since our wedding and my husband and I are still constantly reminiscing about dancing the night away at what truly was the best night of our lives. I have had so many of our friends and family reach out to me and tell me that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to and the dancing was their favorite part! Everyone knows the DJ is crucial to making the night a memorable one and DJ Andrew Trego literally KILLED IT! The thing i love about Trego is that he made everything personal. From the moment he arrived at our wedding, he came and said hello to me in he bridal sweet and gave me words of encouragement, assuring me how excited he was to play some of my favorite songs (BSB!) Throughout the night, he qas physically on the dance floor, pumping up the crowd, complete with mic in hand, leading, The cha cha slide, The Dougey, The Wobble, you name it. Aside from that, he made sure to stay true to our hand selected playlist and carried the vibe all through the night.The best part, was the smile on everyone's faces including his own. People were having so much fun, we actually had to tear people off the dance floor at midnight! I can honestly say that the second DJ Trego came into the picture he was not only professional, available and accommodating, he became our friend. He was great at communicating, and also helped us work out details for the timing of our reception with our wedding planner. He even helped me with a very last minute surprise for my husband (I emailed him my idea the night before, and we worked to make it happen!). The actual wedding day went so smoothly, it was perfect! He was an awesome DJ and MC, and didn't play or say anything distasteful (which was a big concern for us as many DJs are crass or inappropriate, and we had a family-friendly reception). If I have one regret about our reception, it's my choice of placement for our photobooth. It was an awesome resource for our guests and I don't think many people knew about it (we didn't even get the chance to use it!). That being said, we had great photographers and videographers so we definitely got pictures! Would highly recommend DJ Trego!

He magically knew who we were (after just one rescheduling phone call!) and was so energetic and fun that we walked away thinking "This is gonna be good." EVERYONE raved about his energy (he is the best hype man you could ever want) and how he kept the dance floor going. A ton of our friends said that there wasn't a single bad song that night. (I may be biased because it was my wedding, but I definitely agree!!!) We wanted a mix of pop/hip hop and throwbacks and he wove them together perfectly. It was definitely one of those nights where you yell "OH MY GOD" and proceed to dance and karaoke all at the same time. You are definitely getting so much value for the price and I think DJ Trego alone is worth one of those crazy Powerball jackpots you go in on with your office pool.

At the end of the night, because the energy was high and positive the entire night, we were lifted onto the shoulders of our closest friends and crowd surfed for close to 2 minutes. Unreal. We went into the day confident because he had taken the time to make sure we were all on the same page. At the wedding, everything that Trego did was perfect! At one point, everyone except 3 guests (one of which was a 90 year old, so very understanding) were on the dance floor and we owe that to Trego. He did such a good job at incorporating different types of music and songs so that everyone of all ages could enjoy it and dance. We knew Trego was going to be great, but he truly exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. I even had guests come up to me during the wedding asking for his information and how we found him! I have also had many guests repeatedly tell me how much fun of a wedding it was and how they didn’t want to leave... again we owe that to Trego.
