en was very personable and knowledgeable everything about weddings. She exceeded our expectations when she set up our wedding website and provided feedback and advice before we made it public. There was so much to do and consider when planning a destination wedding. Sherrien kept her phone on 24/7 for our wedding guests from all over the world and responded to our text messages so quickly it felt as if we were having face to face conversations. For appointments that we could not attend in person due to our busy working schedule, she did video conference with us. We were so lucky to have had her work with us and our guests throughout one of the most stressful processes. Sherrien has true passion for the work she does and we never hesitated to move forward with any suggestions that she provided. She has great connections with vendors too. We ended up having 34 guests total for our wedding. I had no clue that going through my wedding planner would provide us so many perks. It was just amazing. I would recommend Twogether Events to anyone! We had the most amazing wedding and if we could do it all over again tomorrow we would in a heartbeat!! I would recommend her planning services to anyone interested in holding a wedding with a split crowd, and really anyone having a wedding at all. :)

oordinators for their weddings. Sherrien came all the way to West LA to meet with us before I even signed with her. She listened to our stories and and gave us tons of valuable information. I could see what a responsible and sharp-minded person she was - just the kind of person I would want handling things for me. We signed up for a complete planning package, so Sherrien helped us searching the perfect venue in Hawaii and located all vendors for us. She even took over the travel arrangement, booking airfare, shuttle services and hotel accommodations for all our guests from US and Taiwan. I was so appreciated reading her emails from 4:00 AM. She actually go the extra miles for us by working at 3 different time zones (LA, Taiwan & Hawaii) and getting everything done promptly. Sherrien also helped us designing our wedding flower and entertainment. She negotiated a good bargain with the hotel and florist. I was very impressed with her eyes on the details. Sherrien also worked as our reception MC. She was funny, interactive and very entertaining. Our guests thought she was our family member or old friend because she remembered everyone's name and greeted every table during the reception. Moments I was especially glad I hired Sherrien: (1) Sherrien surprised us with personalized handmade Wedding Books in both English and Chinese for every guest which contained the agenda, our ceremony program, local activities, weather, maps, etc. She did it for us as a complimentary. (2) Although Sherrien was busy running errands, she ensured our grandma got meals and checked on her several times a day. She even tried to speak Taiwanese to her even her Taiwanese is not fluent. Our grandma was very happy with her. (3) Sherrien was able to work with the hotel and made all last minute change of our reception site due to the weather. She was able to negotiate to get a bigger room with large patio and windows when the hotel gave us some lame places. (4) Sherrien helped us saving on decorations. She brought a lot decorations from LA at her own expense. I definitely recommend Sherrien Shui and Twogether Events to anyone who wants a dedicated, intelligent, reliable and capable planner.
