Mark at U-New was great to work with. He went through our caterer in order to ensure we rented everything we needed (dance floor, high tops, tent size, extra chairs) but worked with me by providing sample tent layouts depending on our final hea...d count. The 3 guys who set our tent up were great and did everything in a very timely manner while fielding my crazy questions. They also helped us string fishing line for our lights (bistro) that we hung up ourselves. I felt the rentals were of good quality and affordable. Since we got married on an island in Lake Erie we didn't research other vendors because Mark knew the logistics required to get over to the island and was also familiar with the limited space in the winery backyard where the reception was held. U new was great and we would recommend them to anyone looking to have a beautiful tented reception!
