Uncorked Kitchen is a wedding venue located in Englewood, CO. It offers a range of stylish spaces where you can create the perfect private event experience for your rehearsal dinner or wedding party. The Cellar Room is an intimate dining space where you can enjoy a private chef-crafted culinary experience with your loved ones. It offers a warm ambiance and a cozy yet refined feel. It can host up to 24 seated guests or 30 guests cocktail-style. Private cooking events can be held in the Kitchen. Enjoy a unique and interactive experience where you and your guests work side by side with the professional chefs at Uncorked Kitchen. You can create and share a meal together for a meaningful and fun experience or relax and enjoy a cocktail. These events can accommodate up to 48 guests. The Wine Bar offers 180-degree views of the Front Range and is ideal for a private wine event, wine pairing dinner, or celebration. It can hold groups of 40 in the interior space or up to 75 with a full wine bar rental. For larger groups we offer the option to book the full venue to accommodate groups up to 150 people. Uncorked Kitchen offers customizable packages allowing you to create the perfect experience just for your special celebration. Choose from private tastings, dining experiences, or cooking workshops and create a unique event. You can work with the professional culinary team and event staff to tailor every detail to suit your needs and vision. They are there to provide attentive support and deliver an amazing hands-on dining experience for wine connoisseurs and food lovers.

We had our wedding reception here with 64 guests in May and it was THE BEST DAY WE COULD HAVE HOPED FOR! From the seamless planning process, the 5-star customer service and professionalism, to the actual day-of event coordination (with Sunshine), we were BLOWN AWAY! If we have more big events to host like this, we will 100% have them at Uncorked. Something that really made a difference for us was: I am vegan along with a few of the guests, and the chefs made the most incredible vegan appetizer, entree and dessert. My vegan friends said it was one of the best meals they'd ever had!! And of course ALL of the food and wine were exceptional. The level of care and service made our so day memorable. We can not recommend this place enough. The staff, bartenders, chef, and owner are the best team of pros. We love Uncorked Kitchen & Wine!!!

Katie helped us every step of the way to organize the most wonderful rehearsal dinner! She helped us customize our menu and contacted her chefs who had great advise for wine and cocktail pairing as well as customizing every course. She was easy to communicate with and we highly recommend this place. The food and drinks were delicious and the staff was exceptional. Not to mention the view was spectacular and our guest from out of town were blown away by their experience here.

Since I manage the front of house, I get to be on the front line in designing our private events. A phone call or discussion to understand our client’s needs, the goal, the style… it flexes my creativity in hosting something unique for our clients that they will not be able to achieve anywhere else. We want to make sure it reflects the client’s needs, and it’s interactive and creative. We bring a unique experience to the wedding market that can not be found anywhere else South of Denver.
