She was more than a wedding stationary provider. Kelly provided etiquette advice, suggestions on where to get products like vintage stamps, and helped bring our entire vision to life. Even through having to postpone our original wedding date due to covid, she was there for us. She helped me so so much. From my very first interaction with her to the last she was was so sweet and kind! I had set a budget for paper goods and was pleasantly surprised to learn that one custom invitations were an option and two it was a better price than anything I had found online!! Kelly is a true expert in her craft and was so helpful throughout the entire design process! She listened to all of my wants, gave me so many great options and it was so nice that I was able to feel and see actual samples pieces. She helped immensely with all of the small technical details and provided expert advice on what to include on invitations, programs and other paper goods for the day of!! , and made sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it. The invitations could not have been more perfect. She even addressed all of the envelopes, which saved us so much time and effort.
For our wedding day, Kelly used our invitation template to create our programs, table numbers, escort board, and other decorative signs. They pulled everything together and made the entire event space match my vision as a bride. Kelly’s professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail are just a few reasons why I would recommend her to everyone I know!

I picked up my wedding invitations earlier today for my September wedding and I am so very happy with them! Kelly was an absolute pleasure to work with, we met only one time and after that we consulted thru emails, 1 phone call and a few texts....
She was always prompt in responding to me and helpful with guiding me thru the process. She made an effort to send multiple samples for design and then redesign to suit my liking. We purchased the tri-fold invitation suite due to our budget, we just couldn't get the "fancier" invitations, but there is no noticable difference to us! They look beautiful and the calligraphy she provided for the addressing is amazing as well. I would recommend Kelly and her services to every bride! We will definitely be using her services for our wedding programs, thank you cards and any other stationary needs for our wedding!

stened to all I had to say about what I wanted for my wedding stationery. She also had many ideas to share. She went home and took what I had mentioned and thought some things through. At the second meeting, she brought all kinds of samples that she thought I would like. She had color samples that I choose from along with a plethora of examples. Then the fun began when we started working together on pieces for my special day.
Kelly designed our Save the Dates, Shower Invitations, Couples Shower Invitations, Wedding Invitations, Bridal Luncheon Invitations, Escort Cards, Signage for all of our extra tables (Memory, Favor), Sparkler Send Off Sign, Thank You Cards for on the Tables, Note for our Welcome Bags at Hotel, Brunch Invite, and even a Door Hanger for the guest rooms at the hotel. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint! She always drafted something to match the vision I had. Then, we would work together until it was just right. It didn't matter how many times I asked her to fix or change something, she was always willing! She also worked with my mom, sister, and aunt to design stationery for some of the things I mentioned that they were planning. She even did this with my sister being in another state. It was wonderful service!
All of the items turned out absolutely gorgeous. We had many people tell us that our invitations were the prettiest they have ever seen! I could not have asked for a better person to work with! Not only is she an incredible person, her work is just perfect!

evenings and on the weekends. I made adjustments in my availability to meet with you even when I had blocked out time I would not meet with any additional clients because of my workload.
As explained at one point I was currently working on invitation designs for weddings 2 months prior to yours and explained we had time. At one point I even offered for you to not to continue to work with my services because I could tell you were unhappy. You chose to continue with me, this was your choice alone.
I do however believe our personalities did not match - I felt your emails were difficult to follow since they were composed on your iPhone having long paragraphs with little breaks. Often sentences would discuss multiple topics making it very difficult to read.
Picking up - I have had brides and clients pick-up items at my shop without being present myself. You were aware that I would not be there as this was given an option, at no point or time did you make this concern aware to me. If you had preferred for me to be present we would of found an available time for the pick-up. Often my stationery items are shipped out, dropped off without meeting with the client.
Kelly was so great to work with! She is very responsive and wants to give you the best product that meets your budget needs. I highly recommend Uppercase Designs for invitations, ceremony materials, and reception materials.
