We hired Valet Park of America for our wedding party and family transportation for our wedding in September. Our wedding was in CT and Martha was our driver; she was absolutely wonderful!! The customer service we received was also outstanding. Shaina was our coordinator and she was wonderful to work with. We did have an issue with hotel addresses and timing but Shaina and Martha were so professional and accommodating that I have nothing negative to say. I would recommend Valet Park of America to anyone in need of wedding or general transportation!

We had a great experience with the Valet Park of America team! We booked them for shuttles for our wedding in Windham, NY. They were responsive, easy to get ahold of, and quick. Our guests liked the shuttles and said the drivers were great!

We very last minute realized we needed transportation for our guests to get to our wedding. We contacted Valet Park of America and they were great! They were so easy to work with and fit in our budget. Easy, clear communication and planning. They picked our guests up from the hotel and brought them to the venue. Then they made a few trips back throughout and at the end of the night. Highly recommend!!!

We hired Valet Park of America to shuttle guests to and from the hotel and wedding venue, which were about 10 minutes apart. We had a lot of stuff to load up on the last trip and the driver was in great spirits. The company was lovely to work with and I would book with them again in a heartbeat!

We hired Valet Park of America to shuttle our bridal party and immediate family from numerous locations throughout our wedding day. We were recently married in Northampton, MA at Saint Elizabeth Parish, we had our reception at The Roosevelt Room at Union Station, and our bridal party and immediate family stayed at Hotel Northampton. Jillian at Valet Park was super accommodating and extremely helpful when trying to logistically figure out all of the "moving parts" when it came to getting people from point A, to point B, to point C. With Jillian's help, we came up with a streamlined schedule, that took out the stress of possibly losing an important person when it came time for pictures, etc! Our driver, Richard, was always timely and accommodating to our bridal party of about 20 people. Thank you for being a part of our special day, Valet Park!

We hired Valet Park of America to shuttle our wedding guests to our wedding venue from a hotel about 40 minutes away. Our event was pretty remotely located and we knew that we needed to keep our friends and family safe when traveling on rural roads. Working with Valet Park of America - and Jill especially - was really simple. Their professionalism really put our minds at ease on the day of our wedding. And Mike, our driver, was so fantastic. The poor guy was really a trooper having to listen to some of our guests break-out into Disney musicals on the ride back to the hotel! We couldn't recommend Valet Park of America enough!

We hired two shuttle buses for short trips from our hotel to the church and back again. Jillian worked closely with my planner and together they organized the transportation schedule. The shuttles arrived right on time, the drivers were very friendly and courteous. We all had a positive experience with Valet Park of America. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

We had several changes to the count of guests using transportation right up to the wedding and she was so understanding about it all! The 2 shuttles we used were clean and the drivers were very nice. VPA made scheduling the shuttles very easy! After a quick questionnaire to collect the needed details, we were pretty much all set until our big day! Jillian was very accommodating to our needs and any questions as well. The difference between 4 stars & 5 stars was the last minute changes to our shuttle schedule. Due to construction in Boston, VPA was concerned that there would be challenges in doing loops between our church (in Brighton) and the reception venue (Fairmont Copley Plaza). Initially there was a plan to do 2 loops with 2 shuttles to get everyone to the ceremony, then 1 drop off with 3 shuttles, then finally we landed on 2 loops with 1 shuttle & 1 drop off with a second shuttle. I wish we had worked those plans out sooner than 2 days before the wedding, but everyone who wanted to take the shuttle made it, so it worked out in the end.

We hired Valet Park of America (VPA) shuttle service for my son's wedding. Their wedding venue was 20 minutes away from the closest hotel. Therefore, we wanted to provide a shuttle service for our guests who were staying at the hotel. We had two shuttles and both drivers, Lloyd and Miguel were very professional. Both drivers contacted me via cell phone. They introduced themselves and let me know their timeline for arriving at the hotel for pick up, and again later in the evening when they returned to the venue to pick up our friends and families to return them to the hotel. The shuttles were neat and clean and appeared to be new vehicles. The staff people at VPA that I worked with coordinating the schedule, timeline, trip route, etc., were also very pleasant and patient. It is a difficult task lining up hotel check-in times with venue times and a shuttle service, and VPA was very accommodating and made suggestions that were helpful. If you are looking for any type of transportation, reach out to VPA. I believe you will not be disappointed.

Amazing hands down amazing! Every interaction has been superb and above expectations. Jillian has been the most accommodating and patient from changes in times to changes in vehicle sizes for both our bachelor bachelorette wine tour and wedding day! Both drivers were incredibly friendly and professional. VPA transportation was the perfect choice for shuttling our guests to our wedding! They helped us plan the perfect itinerary making sure guests at a couple different hotels would get to our ceremony on time as well as back to their hotels! The shuttles were prompt and clean. For an additional hourly fee they also agreed to keep running that night to bring some of us out to another location to keep the party going! We found and hired VPA late in the wedding process and they could not have been easier to work with. Recommended by our venue, we worked with Jillian to create a schedule for guest transportation to the venue, the afterparty, and shuttle back to multiple hotels after the night ended. What is most impressive however is as our guest counts at different hotels changed, VPA was flexible to change the plan to suit the day's needs and change our financial cost to fit the finalized plan. Their efficiency, flexibility, and coordination made it super easy to trust our guests got where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. We would 100% work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a shuttle service in Western MA.

I cannot rave enough about Jillian and her team! From the very first email she was on top of everything! I gave her the details of my wedding and she mapped it all out and planned it all. She quickly got back to me with the quote and the game plan with all the suggested pick up times etc. Two days before the wedding our hotel informed us they overbooked and half our guests were relocated to another hotel .. Jillians response when I informed her was “ I got you” within minutes she was on the phone reassuring me she will email me the new pick up times for both hotels and to not worry. Wedding day transportation was spot on to the times she had planned. The shuttle driver was prompt and friendly and the shuttle was perfect and comfy for all our guests. Jillian I cannot thank you enough for your services and I will wholeheartedly recommend you and your company to everyone!!

Jillian Tallman and her team at Valet Park of America were the perfect vendors for our wedding shuttle this past July. I reached out to her kind of late (covid had us doing a couple of things last minute) and yet, she was nothing but helpful and generous to work with. She reached out to me to confirm all the details and timing two weeks in advance of our wedding, and the week-of, she reached out with the name and contact information for our driver. On the day-of, Nelson (our driver) was prompt, professional, and exceedingly helpful, especially when he made sure to get me on and off the shuttle in my wedding dress without getting drenched in the pouring rain. My husband and I cannot recommend Valet Park of America highly enough.

Unfortunately due to COVID, we had to reduce the number of guests that could attend the wedding and therefore did not need transportation services. We had such a great experience with Valet Park of America and would highly recommend them! We had a logistically challenging transportation route to our venue, with multiple stops, and Lynn did a ton of research on her own beforehand and made us feel confident that they had everything under control from the very beginning. She was communicative, detail-oriented, and helped us adjust as the day got closer and we knew our final headcount. All of the drivers were friendly, and our guests loved the size of the buses. Can't wait until we have another reason to work with VPA!!

I highly recommend this service! We were torn whether we were going to have the money to provide transportation for our guests. The distance was not far although we knew it would be very helpful to be able offer this. About 1 month before we decided to book transportation. We had been playing phone tag for a bit and when I finally got in touch with the company to book it was the week of the wedding and they were able to get everything set up so quickly and painlessly. The VPA Team made our day SO easy!!!! We used VPA for transportation to and from our wedding venue and hotel. Although our hotel had a shuttle, we were so glad to have hired VPA because we didn't have to rely on the hotel shuttle being available. We had two shuttle buses that stayed throughout the ceremony and reception for anyone looking to get back and forth before and after the reception. The vehicles were clean and comfortable and the drivers were so incredibly wonderful - kind and fun loving. We also used them to bring us to the venue for our first look (my husband and I separately) and then took trips for our bridal party and families for photos before the ceremony. Their prices were fair and the service was great!

After a nightmare-ish experience with the first transportation vendor we attempted to hire, working with Valet Park of America was a dream come true. The team at Valet Park of America was great! All the way from quoting to booking to the day of our wedding. They were flexible with time and location changes. The driver was fun and friendly, and the shuttle was nice and clean. We had the shuttle pick up the groom and groomsmen at one location, drop them at the venue. Then he picked up me (the bride) and bridesmaids. He returned to the venue and we stayed on schedule the whole time! I'd recommend to anyone looking for reasonably priced, and reliable wedding transportation.

Amazing customer service on our January 5 wedding. Great price and we had a smooth ride. The driver even was happy to stop at a gas station so I could use the bathroom before my ceremony! 😂. The day was great and I would recommend them for any wedding- you save thousands from a party bus.

We worked with Jillian at Valet Park of America for wedding back in September and everything went perfect! The shuttle showed up to pick up our bridal party right when they said they would and then they were available to take our guests back to the hotel when they were ready to leave. They were really great. Super affordable. The woman who handles everything was great and so easy to work with. Handled all the details and even wrote out an itinerary for us! The driver was okay. She wasn't the friendliest, and we even let her leave earlier than scheduled as the night was over. She was late picking people up and dropping off.. even though the wedding and hotel were exactly 1 mile apart from each other....My sister had to call her to find out where she kept going... Everything did work out though and I do recommend this company, I would just find out more about your driver. Like i said the woman we dealt with at the company was so wonderful, that worrying about the actual driver wasn't a concern for us.. but i would recommend it.

We used VPA for our October 2018 wedding. We had a shuttle service and parking attendants - and they were fantastic! Very attentive, courteous, accommodating and helpful. In fact, minutes before the ceremony began, the pastor asked if we'd like the church bells to ring when the ceremony concluded. We thought that would be great, but didn't arrange for anyone to do that. Our parking attendant volunteered himself, received a quick tutorial, and sat up in the rafters for the duration of the ceremony. As we exited, the church bells rang out! We'll never forget that. VPA goes above and beyond every time. Thank you!

I really didn't want to hire a shuttle service to shuttle my guests a half mile from the venue but I am so HAPPY I did!!! We ended up getting the shuttle a few hours prior to our wedding to get the entire party around to picture places and we ended up being on time that we were able to go to our local fire station and take some pretty cute pictures there too! VPA worked with me with every change I had and our driver, Bob, was the best!!!!! We were a rowdy crowd that had a few last minute changes and he didn't mind at all! The pricing is unbeatable!!!!

Working with Valet Park of America was so easy; they took care of all of our wedding transportation details for an affordable price. They were able to accommodate several changes to our timeline that were made in advance, and even one that was made the morning of the wedding! The customer service/sales staff were very professional and friendly during the booking/planning process. They even called me days in advance to confirm the timeline, which made me feel comfortable that everything would go according to plan. On the day of the wedding the driver arrived over a half an hour early and was extremely professional. The buses were clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. My wedding was in Bridgewater, MA and they came out from Rhode Island for no additional fee. I would highly recommend this company to every couple!

I highly recommend Valet Park of America. We scheduled our shuttle service a little later than we should have, but the staff was so accommodating and easy to work with. We used the 25 passenger bus for transportation of the bridal party then for our guests later in the night. They were priced fairly, the driver was professional and friendly, and the service was fantastic. I couldn’t have been happier with how the transportation worked out on our special day.

After receiving a quote from another company for their valet services that was super expensive, we almost canned the idea entirely until I found this company. I called them maybe two weeks before my wedding and the next day they had someone on site to scope it out and gave me a very reasonable quote. It was less than half the price of the other place and much more practical. They were efficient, hard working and extremely communicative. As the bride, I didn’t have to think about the parking for a minute and my planner was very impressed with the company. If you’re looking for some peace of mind and a well priced service, book these guys! :)

We used Valet Park of American for our November 2017 wedding. We booked a 20-person shuttle bus for the bridal party to pick up the groom’s party at the hotel and bring them to the church, then pick up the bride’s party at the bridal suite and bring them to the church, and then bring the entire bridal party to the reception. The company was easy to work with, the shuttle was clean and in good condition, and the driver was on time for all the pick-ups and drop-offs. We would certainly recommend them.

After choosing a transportation company, everything the day of is really out of your control so it can be worrisome. Highly recommend! Jillian was so responsive from the very beginning! she made sure all of my questions were answered and always answered my emails within the day. I was most worried about transportation not being timely or showing up and that was not the case here! The shuttle showed up early and was ready to bring my bridal party right away! Working with Valet Park of America for our wedding was made simple by our contact Jillian! We set up 2 shuttles to pick up guests from 2 hotels and bring to our ceremony/reception site...everyone arrived on time and could take the shuttles back whenever they so chose! At the end of the night, most people were just going back to one of the hotels so they drivers quickly changed up their route to accomodate our guests needs. Thank you so much for such an easy experience on an inevitably stressful day - we highly recommend!

5 stars across the board for the service we received from VPA! We paired up with the company for my best friend's bach party for a wine and brewery tour around Seneca Lake. From the get-go, Jillian was amazing to work with! Not only was she quick to respond, but she was professional and made this process effortless. The bride-to-be left something behind on the bus, first thing Monday, Jillian called to report they had it safe and sound. The driver was great as well, she showed up a head of schedule, got us to each location on time, and back home safe and sound. The shuttle was clean, had A/C, great surround sound, and was so reasonable in price. VPA should be proud of their staff and I cannot thank them enough for providing such excellent service!

I would highly recommend Valet Park of America. I can't speak to the day of services because we ended up going with another vendor for budget reasons, but I have to day the customer service was excellent. Jillian got in touch with me right away and made getting a quote very easy. If we had a bigger budget we would definitely have gone with them. If they are in your price range I say go for it!

I used Valet Park to to get my bridal party and I back to the hotel from our wedding venue at the end of the night. Through the whole process, Valet Park was professional and kept in good contact before the event. I ended up having most of my bridal party bail on me and find other rides back to the hotel, but I had a very comfortable shuttle ride back to the hotel. Oh, and they will charge your card (tip included) one week after the event, so you don't have to worry about fitting it in your pre-wedding budget (this was a big help to me, since all other major vendor expenses needed to be paid in full one week prior to the wedding).

If you're looking for a shuttle service in the Western Mass area for your wedding (or any event for that matter), and don't want to break the bank, call Valet Park of America ! Be sure to ask for Jill! I called all over Mass looking into different transportation options. Hiring a school bus would have been my last option. After talking to Jill about what we were looking for, she was super helpful in helping me figure out what would work best for our big day. Valet Park of America was flexible and accommodating but best of all AFFORDABLE! It didn't cost a fortune which was great for our budget and perfect for our guests! Our driver, Frank, was professional, courteous, and wicked fun! He got us and our guests to our locations on time and safely! I highly recommend Valet Park of America in Springfield, MA!

We used VPA to shuttle our guests to and from two hotels to our wedding venue - all of which was within a 1-mile radius. They were very easy to work with in setting up the schedule and making sure that the details were all set ahead of time. However, they did not leave enough time at each hotel pick-up stop to be able to keep to schedule. This had more to do with our guests running late than the shuttle driver, but, as a result, they ended up picking up some guests late - which meant they missed part of our ceremony. It was frustrating for those few guests, but VPA was very apologetic and thorough in their "research" into the issue when I contacted them after the wedding. I would definitely use them again for another event, but I would build more time into the schedule just to be safe.

I hired Valet of America and worked with Jillian...she was wonderful! Very accommodating for our schedule, very patient with an anxious MOB. I was sent me the drivers contact info ahead of time and he was very pleasant, arrived a half hour early for every shuttle, and just wanted to be sure we were all set. Very close to our wedding, we hired Valet Park of America to provide shuttle service from the hotels to our reception venue. Of all the transportation vendors we contacted, they were the most responsive and were reasonably priced. Nick was patient and clear in all his communication ahead of time. The day-of the drivers showed up on time and our guests said the service they provided was wonderful. I definitely recommend Valet Park of America!
