I would highly recommend Venture Outbound Films!! Jonathan and his team filmed my wedding and did an absolutely amazing job. From the beginning Jonathan was always available and willing to help me with anything I needed. He made sure to cater exactly to my needs and capture the moments that I wanted to remember on our big day. We had a multicultural Arabic and Serbian wedding with lots of traditions, and he did an amazing job of covering it all. Jonathan was always upbeat and enthusiastic and made my day so much easier because I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything. He did the most to get the right shots and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding videographer!

Nothing but absolutely amazing things to say about Venture Outbound. Things can be stressful planning a wedding, and especially with Covid throwing a curveball into things. Jonathan was there for us the entire time, always checking in to help us stay on time with things and providing us with thorough questionnaires to make sure he has everything he needs to capture all of the important aspects in our wedding. 2 years of postponements and we have finally had our wedding and recieved our video (sooner than expected!). My wife couldn't stop sobbing, the video was better than we could have ever imagined! It wasn't just the video itself that stood out. The day of, Venture Outbound was so much fun to work with, and got so many amazing shots throughout the wedding. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Trying to find a videographer especially someone comfortable to work with my husband and I was a little challenging. Thankfully my coordinator at Rayanne Rose Weddings recommended Venture Outbound. Immediately after speaking to Jonathan, I knew we had to hire him. His energy is so contagious. When you speak to him, he really tries to understand your vision. Before the wedding, he is always communicating with you. I loved this about him. Some vendors you hire them and you don’t hear from them until the day of the wedding but Jonathan made sure to always stay in contact with you. There are almost no words to describe the magic that is Jonathan of Venture Outbound Films. His work is truly captivating and beautiful, and as a person he is even more amazing! From our initial call, I knew we had made the right choice in selecting him to capture our wedding and that feeling was further validated through a Covid postponement. Throughout the craziness of that process, he was beyond flexible and accommodating, and showed a compassion unmatched, checking in on us, just to see how we were dealing and feeling with everything happening. Jonathan and company did extremely well. Amazing footage was captured and he is very fun to work with. Drone footage and 2 cameras almost captured the entire wedding. My only regret was not paying for an extra hour his time to capture the last hour of the wedding.

Jonathan has been extremely KIND and very PROACTIVE to my Bride to be and me during our pursuit of videographers. During this hectic time it has been very refreshing to have Jonathan in our corner. He has even offered to provide us with any other wedding recommendations that we may need.

Jonathan was incredible. I hired him the week before our wedding as my mother-in-law would not be able to make it due to Covid concerns. He spent the time to get to know my crazy family in that time and just turned out an absolutely amazing video. I am so grateful we will be able to look back on these moments for the rest of our lives and share them with our loved ones would could not be there. It means so much to me.

Best👏🏻Decision👏🏻Ever👏🏻 Johnathan was absolutely awesome from the very beginning. His replies were almost immediate and was always very attentive to our questions or concerns. He made it possible for us to shoot the engagement session on a weekend even with his very busy schedule, especially considering he was getting married in just a couple of weeks! We were so nervous about the whole thing, not knowing what to expect but Johnathan was so professional and fun the entire time. We are the most awkward and shy ever in front of a camera but he was able to capture us in such a natural way and I have no idea how he made it possible😂 Please don’t do this to him, I never filled out the questionnaire for what we wanted captured on our special day, I just never got around to it with all the craziness before the wedding 🤦🏻‍♀️ BUT..on our wedding day his calmness and professionalism was so great. I was concerned at how they would know what to capture since I never got to it, but after seeing our highlight, he was EVERYWHERE and it makes me so happy to know I’ll be able to relive everything as well as see all the behind the scenes that I didn’t see that day. All the details he got even for out highlight is WOW. Also, he had our highlight ready for us to see the very next day!!! We landed at our honeymoon destination and our highlight was ready for us to enjoy❤️ You don’t have to worry about making it fit or downloading elsewhere for social media, he does it for you! All you have to do is share! He’s the best out there for all of the above and more that I probably can’t think of at the moment. Hiring his is one of the best decisions you can make for your special day!!

Booking Venture Outbound Films was hands down the best decision my wife and I made for our wedding. Jonathan was so fantastic and he clearly loves his work, not to mention wealth of experience and creativity to share. Throughout the wedding planning process, we kept in touch with Jonathan and everytime we had a question, request, or wanted to share a detail about our wedding, he was responsive, extremely organized and really positive. We had a very large venue which made things a little difficult but the Venture Outbound team was great about coordinating with us to make sure to capture everything we wanted. The day of the wedding, Jonathan's infectious positivity and work ethic made all the difference. They worked well with all of our vendors, particularly our photographer and her assistant, and were able to coordinated shots well together. He was thorough and got all the shots we wanted without being obtrusive. A few weeks after our wedding, Jonathan sent us a sneak preview of our wedding that we were able to share with our friend and family. It completely captured everything we asked for. Their editing skills are superb and everyone we have shared the video with has commented on how well it embodies our wedding day.

OMGosh! When I saw the video Jonathan put together I actually cried. A lot of hard work was put into making everything look amazing at our venue and to see it all on video just took my breath away. He was super fun all day long and easy to get along with. I would totally recommend him!

My fiance and I recently had our "Love Story" filmed at Laguna Beach by the incredibly talented Jonathan Marquez of Venture Outbound Films. We could not have asked for a better experience. Jonathan was prompt (he actually got to our location a half hour early to scope out the area and found some treasured, picturesque places to film that we might not have otherwise thought of to film at), very personable, enthusiastic, and kind. There is absolutely no doubt about Venture Outbound Film's professionalism and creative ability- the film created flawlessly flows, captured the day and the location in its essence, and, most importantly, really captured me and my fiance interacting in a candid, fun, natural way. Jonathan was full of enthusiastic suggestions and direction and was also very open to any ideas I had in what we wanted captured. For instance, days before the shoot, Jonathan asked if we would be comfortable playing and interacting with the waves because he had a certain vision in mind that he was excited about, which in turn made me and my fiance extra excited and looking forward to the video shoot. Though the high tide came in and got all 3 of us wet, it made for a very memorable and grand experience; weeks later, my fiance and I are still talking about how much we enjoyed the entire filming experience with Jonathan. What was also extra special was the time, attention, and care Jonathan took in interviewing my fiance and I so that we felt comfortable and enjoyed the process of diving into questions like how we met, what we loved most about each other, what we are looking forward to the wedding, what we visualize saying to each other on our big day, etc. The parts of our recorded dialogue chosen for the film matched the film visuals perfectly and made the film extra meaningful. I have been so excited and proud to show me and my fiance's Love Story to all our family and friends and have been told by many that this film will be a special family heirloom to show our kids and grandkids to- I could not agree more!
