I am incredibly grateful for Trivia and her team! I was able to share all my ideas and vision, and she brought everything to life. Trivia wasn’t just my wedding planner—she also handled the floral arrangements for my big day, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Even with the challenges of a 104-degree outdoor wedding, Trivia made sure our elderly guests were comfortable and ensured everything ran smoothly. I'm so glad I found her!
We hired Trivia as a day of coordinator, but her package was actually the month of coordinator! Definitely worth it! Trivia is very helpful and obviously knows the ins and outs of planning a wedding, not her first rodeo but it was mine :) I appreciated her suggestions, her organization skills, and just her being on top of everything. I wish I could have had her plan the whole wedding but I also enjoyed the initial plannings with my now husband. Overall, appreciated Trivia's experience and guidance! Would definitely recommend.
You are in safe hands with Venue to Go. Trivia and her team are meticulous, but in a chill way. We talked to other planners who came off as a little too intense. I loved that Trivia had the experience and expertise to know what to ask at which points in the process, but never in a way that felt controlling or overwhelming.
The day of, she and her assistant advocated for us, kept things running smooth as butter, and went above and beyond where ever the opportunity arose. They made it so that we didn't have to worry about anything. I think the fact that I had the wedding day of my dreams is very much partly owed to Venue to Go. I have so much respect for their expertise and the fact that they truly care about what they do and the couples they work with.

Trivia and Jonave were such an amazing help on my wedding day! They helped coordinate the rehearsal so the ceremony could go smoothly. On the special day they helped with some last minute decorations and even went above and beyond to decorate our ceremony aisle with rose petals that spelled our initials. They made sure all the vendors knew where to go and that we had enough supplies to get through the evening. Working with them was such a wonderful experience and I can’t recommend them enough. WOW! I could not have had our wedding reception without the help and care of Trivia and Jonave! They were detail oriented, supportive and thought of amazing ideas! When it came to the day of our reception, Jonave was a rockstar! She kept things organized, assisted not only my husband and I but our families as well and made sure everything ran smoothly! So many guests raved about how well put together our reception was and it’s all thanks to these two! I cannot recommend Venue to Go enough to anyone throwing a party, reception or event! Trivia was able to work with me 2 weeks before my wedding. She was thorough and got right to work as soon as I hired here. She was also very easy to get a hold of.
I cannot express how much appreciative I am to have Trivia and her assistants Jojo and Brittany at my wedding. I was so emotional, overwhelmed and all over the place and needed a wedding planner and decor for my big day. Trivia listen to my concerns and needs ensure my wedding day was effortless and easy. I honestly couldn’t imagine not having her in my corner the day of! She made sure my vendors were on time, set up was done on time, she made sure my family was taking care seeing if they needed anything and her team was constantly checking in with my and my husband throughout the event. Her team also helped set up decor items and ensure my personal belongings were put away at the end of the night. She is the real deal personable and easy to work with. I definitely recommend venue to go if you are looking for a effortless experience the day of your wedding.
Trivia and her team (Jonave and Brittany!) were so amazing throughout the wedding planning process and day-of. We hired Venue to Go for day-of wedding coordination, but they were really there for all the important moments leading up to the day. Not only that but they were so willing to just get everything done even though we had very little prep time and a tall order for decor set up. They kept us hydrated and positive, set up all our dessert table and centerpiece decorations, asked clarifying questions with respect (we had a big crazy Jewish wedding with lots of moving parts) and they were just a joy to be around. They added in charger rental and offered helpful advice for floral seasons, and we are so so so so so so happy we went with them. 10/10 would recommend!

We can’t imagine what our wedding day would have been like without Trivia and her assistants’ help. Our first meeting with her was so helpful, reassuring and validating. She helped point out some of the things we really needed to focus on and start thinking about more concretely. She asked us all the questions that helped us fine tune our needs and vision, so that we could really focus on what was important for us to materialize our perfect day. Once we got to 30 days out from the wedding date, Trivia started contacting our vendors and making sure everyone was on the same page. She was great at making sure she had all the info she needed, and was so amazing with her communication. She’s sort of like a brilliant “wedding conductor” if you will. She’s unbelievably resourceful, and we really liked her calm and composed demeanor throughout the experience.
All the way up to the day of the wedding, Trivia was great at documenting and sharing the logistical milestones and made sure no detail was missed.
She made herself available for our wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding. This was incredibly helpful because she made sure the entire wedding party was aware of their role and placement for the whole ceremony. She had us run through the whole procession several times, to make sure everything would go smoothly on the day of - which it absolutely did.
We’re still in absolute awe of the work Trivia and her team did on our actual wedding day. They went way above and beyond what we’d originally agreed on. They helped us with more details than we could have imagined: coordinating every item on the timeline and helping us stay on track from the moment the vendors started arriving, to the moment the guests started arriving, running around the whole venue all day making sure everything was on track.
Trivia and her team also set up all the centerpieces, checked in with all the vendors (band, stage, Caterers, photobooth, bar, rentals, venue, MC, photographer etc), and at the end of the event, they helped bring in so many of the cocktail tables, cleaned up things that were left out etc. everything felt seamless and stress-free from our perspective as the bride and groom. Our wedding was initially pretty complicated logistically because as the bride and groom we also performed on stage with our bands, but Trivia really made sure that everything went without a hitch! She even made sure there was still time to cut the cake and do our first dance, which we really thought we wouldn’t have time to do since there was so much happening on and off stage. Her team even made sure to pack us up extra food for us, knowing we probably wouldn’t eat much during the day.
The cherry on top was a lovely surprise center piece that Trivia made for our Sweethearts’ table. It was gorgeous and even had our wedding colors. That was so thoughtful and kind of her, and is such a testament to how much she truly cares about every detail, and how important it is for her to see her couples happy. Trivia is an absolute gem and anyone would be so lucky to have her and her team by their side on their special day. Trivia is such a wonderful human and professional. She will make sure your perfect day is truly the best day of your life, which it was exactly that for us! We’re so thankful and blessed Trivia and her team were a part of our wedding magic!, and we would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
