o thrilled to write Terry and his crew a review because there’s not a tremendous amount of information about his catering business online. The food was AMAZING, and Terry is truly a class act. As promised, his signature sausage appetizer dish is out of this world and his sauces and brisket and ribs were notable highlights (we opted out of the pig roast). The only items we needed to provide ahead of time were a table for prepping food, a table for serving food, and one to two water buckets for rinsing cooking ware. That’s it, easy peasy. My family and family-in-law, some of the harshest critics I know(!), only had wonderful things to say about the food. We fed about 85-90 guests, many of whom went back for seconds(!), and Terry and his crew kept a vigilant eye the entire time, bringing out trays of food as needed. I am genuinely happy with how everything turned out, and I’d happily recommend Terry to other brides out there.

Mac n' cheese - appeared to be missing the 'cheese' cornbread - awesome! one of the highlights of the meal spinach salad - had all the right ingredients but was not well implemented..not enough dressing and was dry sausage app - great! a little hint of spiciness at the end with a sweet start Service - Terry arrived a little late the day of which caused some stress in our day of planning. However it all worked out fine and overall worked out without a hitch. When he arrived he requested additional pans. Our wedding coordinator went to the store and bought the additional pans. Come to find out he did not use them for our event and ended up taking them with him. At the end of the night he started to pack up with our leftovers which, as part of our contract, were supposed to be packed up and left with us. Luckily my mom caught him and asked him to leave them behind. Other than these day-of service issues we had an overall pretty good experience.
