She maintains a confidence and control on situations, yet addresses matters "in the background" which, having interacted with nearly 50 different planners, is a quality you don't find often. Her timeline / writeup for the day's schedule was clean and easy to follow, which helps the DJ / emcee in maintaining a proper flow. I hope to work with her again.
